My Mama's father and brothers worked in a coal mine in Los Cerrillos New Mexico. Her brother Charlie died in the big explosion way back in the day. She was born raised in Madrid. Our family Came from Spain in the 1400's and settled the SW. Mama also grew up in a house just like those. Thanks for sharing.
That was some trolley ride through the mountain! Don't show this to Silas, he is already scared that the mountain will fall on you! 😊! Nice tour...brave men, coal miners! Were those Crabapples on the tree by the church? Simply times, simple but practical things! I don't think that was a ricer because the plunger is too small, but it might be something to extract juice or pits! ( but it does resemble a potato ricer! )😊❤🙏
I did show this to Silas, and he liked it. He said it didn't look so bad after all. They were brave men, tough job being a coal miner. Yes, it was a crabapple tree. Take care.
I think that's an early version of a ricer for potatoes or maybe root vegetables too? Thanks for the tour it was very interesting.🤍🕊️
Daniel thinks it was a potato ricer too. Thanks for watching, God bless.
