- We went to the mountain and shot this video. "Untrue Blues" is a song by the great Blind Boy Fuller. He recorded lots of good songs with his buddy George Washington aka "Bull city Red" on washboard.
The video was filmed by our friend Jafet Blanch. Hope you like it! - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
Brilliant!!! ...so unbelievably authentic 🎶🎶
Love everything you and Quico do. You're an inspiration! Hat's off to Jefet Blanch for the video too.
Thanks Eddy!
Well done!
It's amazing how much this sounds the original.... The guitar, washboard, and singing are all amazing. I love seeing people, particularly younger folks having an appreciation for this music.

What brand and model is that ribbon microphone? I really did your sound!
Thanks, Amperite SR-80
@@OscarWolf84 I thought it was an Amperite. I used to have a different model Amperite but I could never get a good sound from it. It was always super noisy. Yours sounds very clean.
might be that yours need to be repaired?@@BlackPatti
@@OscarWolf84 Unfortunately, I got rid of it years ago.
Great recording! I have an sr80 as well and they are magic. What was your signal chain for this? Are you using a tube pre for the ribbon? Top notch stuff, keep them coming!
Nice, Very good players!,
Where can you get a washboard these days?
Why at the washboard store of course
