he did a solid job giving the Circumstances
But to bring Barca back to the old days i only see Roberto de Zerbi as a Top fit
Who is that?
@@simonborko7402Brighton coach plays top class modern day football even Pep said he is one of the best
@@chiragghosh1659 ok thanks
Average coach stop calling his name
Bro if you watch Barca weekly you’ll know these players are to be blamed too especially Kounde Araujo Pena the entire defense is trash 🚮
I often see Gundo, De Jong and Lewa getting so frustrated with their teammates and expressing it on the pitch. Definitely alot of internal team issues at play and no one really bonding.
Most likely the guy coaching Girona currently
Not a lot of managers would be willing to coach barca at the moment. Losing xavi will just officially send barca into the problem that chelsea and utd have been facing recently. Shame to see
Stefan Leitl should be the main target for Barca
Papa Perez might know
His been pulling the strings all day

Poverty club
Anyone with a proper mind knows that Xavi wasn’t good enough but considering the financial situation at the club having him was what we needed for the moment. Now we don’t just have to find a way to build a strong team, buy players, now we have to find a good manager too!! Yes, losing Xavi is a big loss for the club. I think it’s a good thing for him because now people can see that there’s way bigger problems at this club than Xavi
Then why their underlying numbers are still good under Xavi? At least in the attacking side of things??
I agree with the last part. It gets worse from here. The fools celebrating haven’t learned from the post sir Alex travesty that is Man Utd…
i dont think he was bad either. last season was neat for the possibilities they had. the best xavi barca was when auba was in the squad. that was a great dynamic back then. then also 2 consecutive injury prone seasons is too much for a team
@@naufalpahlevi8976underlying numbers were good but individual errors really cost us in both box
Ultimately cost Xavi his job
@@shubhdugar4057 Yes, that's why the problem is in the players.. You can easily look at the high quality chances Barca's strikers made.. And because Barca loves to play attacking, their left back area would be empty, Add Gundongan / Romeu pivot who can't press / intercept the ball as good as Busquets in the mix..
You will face deadly counterattack.. Add Lord Inaki Pena as Goalkeeper in the mix, and here we are..
I literally screamed when Luis mentioned Marquez. What a joke will that turn out to be. I can guarantee my entire mortgage that not one person sitting on this stupid panel watched one game of Barca Atletic. They play horrible football.
WDYM??? Athletic Bilbao plays great soccer, hence why they picked Barca apart. I’m convinced you didn’t watch that game.
@@juliansolis1442Barcelona Atletic is the reserve team of Barcelona. He is not talking about Atletic Bilbao who is coached by Ernesto Valverde (another good recent Barca coach). You need to learn to read before attacking man
With Villarreal wasn’t Xavi fault, defends was sucks today…🤦♂️😡
Barca has there problems clear as day but lets not forget what club there taking about FC Barcelona not a man u or some German club this is a top 2 spainish club top 5 club In the WORLD. Best believe even with financial problems managers will want the job.
Monchi is the one Barca need to bring in. Great at working with teams on a budget.
So Unai as the manager 😂
Cant afford Monchi. Monchi is one of the highest paid sports directors in the World at the moment. Finding a Sports Director and Manager at the price of Xavi & Deco going to be extremely difficult!
By next season Barca will be playing at the new Camp Nou Stadium, will have activated the BLM lever, could have a new sponsor w a lucrative jersey deal, will have some of the best young talent in La Liga, and will have the energy of having a great new manager...who WOULDNT want to coach a team like that? Rarely do coaches leave a team so stacked...Michel or DeZerbie would be amazing...at least if we are going to give up 4 goals a game, let's score 5!
espn always manage to spin a negative rhetoric when it comes to barca.
all big clubs come with challenges
yeah this Espn fc crew always find a way to talk bullsheet aboout Spanish clubs whenever they lose several games take a look at what they said about real madrid before they beat city in the champions league or how they had a lot of negative talk about spain national team before they beat croatia in the nations cup final.
Wouldn’t it be funny if we got Mourinho?
No chance. Real Madrid means too much to him.

@@Yob365 Not when it comes to "football heritage"
As RM fan, I support it fully😂
no it wouldn't be funny at all, Laporta would be thrown out of the presidency if that happens
Why they should change a coach? It would be stupid to do it, unless he decides to go himself.
Who you talking about? Xavi? Yes, he want to go.
we all know the problem at this club runs deeper than just changing coaches..how many have we had over the years? did it change anything?
Hansi Flick
Honestly think they should convince Xavi to stay. Could be wrong but I think Barca are a sinking ship. I think Emery would be a good fit
22/23 is the last laliga title we will see in 20 to 30 years all because of the fans, the fans are the biggest problem not the coach and not the players
That will never happen
Hansi Flick, Conte, Klopp, Nagelsmann, Tuchel, Michel (Girona), Lionel Scaloni it has to be one of them.
I'll take any of those except for Conte and Tuchel.
Scaloni 😮
De Zerbi to Barcelona would actually make sense. Only thing is that he still is under contract at Brighton so I’m not sure Barca can afford buying him out of his contract.
Come on, I mean.. I don't remember anyone praised arteta at his 3rd season at arsenal.. If not xavi, then who else... Unless Barcelona can bring back pep...
This club is bankrupt, it needs to be rebuilt slowly with young players...except pep, I don't see anyone more worthy to do that than xavi
What about Sam allardyce, Steve Bruce?
Hans Flick would do well I think - or a manager who has experience with average teams (Klopp).
Dont think anyone other than that will make a big of difference - maybe Koeman was right after all...
klopp plays the complete opposite of barcelonas football style.
koeman was happy to drag the team down with him
Flick couldnt do it with the greman national team so what makes you think he is right fit for barca
Xavi's worst has yet to come close to what Koeman achieved. Koeman 9th, Xavi 3rd?

@@Joeeye123yeah but Xavi got all the players he requested but he is still missing dembele so 😂. He is not a good Coach. stop your Fantasy he was a legend as a player but flopped as coach.
My guess is Thiago Motta
I think barca will bring in Arteta, or one of the Portuguese big clubs managers.
Louis Garcia is spot on but ema is so negative of barca i think it's challenge and dream of every manager depite the current situation
Get Byran's old coach I bet he could turn the club around and he's a great coach
I would love Pep, Klopp or Michel as new manager
Very hard to get someone take this project. Remember that Klopp first season at liverpool wasn’t great…nor were the next two. If he had that in Barcelona, he would be gone. In Barcelona, you are expected to win trophies from day 1. With current financial situation, i doubt any top managers would to be in the situation
It’s gonna be Rafa Marquez, unless they get the money to get a better manager, it’ll be Rafa
How is that better?
@@MrKaravaj what? No I meant if they get the money they’ll be able to afford a better manager

Keep imagining
Ya from where exactly ur basket case club going to provide 200 million to him
I wonder if Xabi would take it? He has Pep ties, but also deep Real ties.
It's highly recommended and a MUST for the FC Barcelona management, coaching staff, people in FC Barcelona who are involved in the transfer-market to permanently sell, do not extend their contract, do not offer loan with buy back clause condition, recall or return players that came from another club that are currently on loan to play for FC Barcelona, including ageing (above 27 years old), inconsistent (limited playing time, unable to perform well), players that are not comfortable playing different position instead of their natural position, "ON OR BEFORE SUMMER OF JUNE 2027" including players who will turn 30 years old on that year namely Lewandowski (35), Alonso (33), Gundogan (33), Martinez (32), Romeu (32), Roberto (31), Ter Stegen (31), Cancelo (29), Lenglet (28), Christensen (27), Raphael Dias Belloli "Rapinha" (27), De Jong (26), Kounde (25), Felix (24), Garcia (23), Dest (23), Pedri (21), Balde (20), Riad (20), Valle (19).
Araujo, Gavi, Lopez, Yamal, Roque would be the future captains until 2030. While Pedri loves to play in the future in the premiere league or under the coach Luis Enrique (Spain National Football Team, and Paris Saint Germain) possibility that he will leave FC Barcelona if no UEFA CL won on the next three years. Practical thing to do now by the management is to promote consistently FC Barcelona Academy players and sign cheap and quality wingers, strikers, defensive midfielders, left back, right back and rotational. Then pay for the debts for the meantime and acquire more assets on the next 3 to 5 years even if we do not win the Spanish Super Cup, Copa Del Rey and La Liga titles.
Luis Enrique, Mikel Arteta, Jurgen Klopp, Julian Nagelsmann, Hans Flick, Thomas Tuchel are not the best coaches to manage FC Barcelona even if a few have been a player or coach or assistant coach of this club, not even the Germans would have wanted to handle this club.
Klop!
Klopp is a Smart coach, he won’t go there.

I’ll list couple of players not from the la masia
Marodona
Romario
Rivaldo
Figo
Ronaldo
Ronaldinho
Henry
Neymar
Griezman
Countiho
All these are pmayers they signed with huge transfers ..I’m sure am missing some . Yes la masia has been brilliant but they always sign one or two marquee players
People saying Klopp are deluded and don't listen. His reason is he's tired and wants to enjoy life with his family. He does NOT want to manage period at the moment. If you didn't get it you're just blind. That's like someone saying I'm tired of sushi for dinner and then you offer them sushi for dinner.
Id give it 10 years until Messi becomes the Manager, he literally loves the club and is the smartest and greatest Footballer oat all he needs is 1 star player like Paez and he would do things even pep couldn't think of
People are talking this and that. Tell me how many managers that won't want to coach Barcelona! We will get a good coach! Don't worry! Barca can raise over 200 million by selling players! Kounde (70m), Lewy (25m), Torres (30m), Christiansen (40m), Garcia (20m), Raphinha (70m) we do have asset!
Motta would be interesting.
One thing I know about Barcelona is despite all this financial problems is a club that still attracts coaches with good profile.....That's why am not worried .
after enrique the list of these so called ‘quality’ coaches is wild with the likes of valverde, setien, koeman 💀
Don’t compare Bartomeu and Laporta wake up
Jurgen Klopp would be amazing
Pep wouldnt go there in their current situation, he needs supersquads
DEADWOOD!
Whoever goes to Barca needs to be given time. Klopp went to Liverpool and asked for time and that's what the next Barca manager will need. You have a group of players with immense potential but you'll need time these are all kids at the moment, their prime is yet to come
I think Barcelona needs to bring in an experienced manager, and give him at least 4 years. At this moment, the only manager that Barca fans would trust even if he doesn't improve the team for 1 or 2 seasons, is pep
We need to rebuild from the ground up with the young players
You fans don't have patience but you always say let build with young players 😂.
Youth only does not work; from a Chelsea fan.
@@TJFadeyi Exactly. Look at Real Madrid or Bayern. They didn't just throw in all youth players, they slowly integrated them in with veterans like having Kroos, Modric, Carvajal still playing a part or Muller and Kimmich etc. as younger players adapt and get better. I think this is what has allowed Real and Bayern to not go down the ManU/Barca/Chelsea/Arsenal(Up until a year ago) path.
Read about what Klopp did with FC Mainz 1- Klopp will do a great job
Hansi Flick is the only one
Luis completely missed the point there, sure someone like him would jump at the chance of managing Barcelona but at the moment no top manager would be interested for the Barca job.
Patience and trusting the process is what they need, they will come to realize this and unfortunately it will be too late, just wait and see, they aren't winning major trophies any time soon and will be jumping from one manager to another, this is a very big mistake the club is making
football equivalent of ferrari sacking matteo binotto
Bring in Mourinho lol
Michel, garcia pimenta and rafa are top picks for me
garcia pimienta got sacked at barca b. he aint coming back
@AnthonyRodriguez-zc4xy He got sacked for political reasons and while I am not saying Laporta will hire him. He is doing a good job in La Liga and should be considered from a fan's perspective.

Liverpool and Barcelona. Swap managers.
I am a Liverpool fan. So you want to get the advantages by getting our managers huh? And do you think Liverpool want to swap Klopp with your manager?
I wonder how much Barcelona is worth as club, would they sell it?
You can't buy the club because it has a members system and also owned by fans too
You can just have to buy them out too.
The problem will be solved if they just sold the club to arab millionaire. No financial situation whatsover after this
@@Saracens. the club can't be sold because the fans also own it
@@Footballmemess i mean if the fans know what's best for them. they should consider it 😂.. but it's one hella process but worth it
Let me think...Jurgen Klopp is leaving Liverpool at the end of the season and Xavi is leaving Barcelona...
Things are not that easy. Klopp is leaving because he's tired of his job and wants rest. He ain't coming to Barca right away.
@@_shoto - Not to mention Klopp is a high profile coach. Losing Xavi is a big blow. Barcelona just dig a deeper hole for them to come out. There aren't option available given to their financial problems. Rafa Marquez or Michel Sanchez would be more of a realistic approach.

Romeu should be coach
Barca is back where they were before they pulled the levers except the financial hole is even deeper.
Here, wveryone used the leverage they had to get what they wanted. The manager gets to finish the season and avoid the embarrassment of getting fired, while the club saves money they couldn't afford to spend with a coach they no longer wanted.
Barca has the same two choices is had two years ago: double down or take their medicine, except that both will ba harder this time.
I think they should double down.
By "doubling down", they still have a chance to succeed.
By "taking their medicine", they will guarantee their failure.
@@jstos3675 two years ago, I think they could have taken their medicine and still expected to qualify for the champions league every year. Now... that path is more difficult.
On the other side... double down again and have it fail, and the club will be on the way to the devastating consequences of insolvency.
@@FoobRMann 2 years ago Barca was in 9th place. The arrival of Xavi and the levers and doubling down helped them win the la liga last season.
Not doubling down will guarantee failure as they won't win anything which means they won't generate as much money which means failure.

If it was Koeman, Valverde or Setien they would have been sacked long ago. Xavi needs to leave because he’s killed off the team with his clueless tactics. I’m glad we as fans managed to force him leave as a manager. He should leave now and not at the end of the season. FC Barcelona has financial issues that’s why we can’t go for the coach we want. But if not, he’s long gone. Xavi is finished.
