  • What's the smartest way to invest $10,000? In this snippet from one of my livestreams I answered this question from one of my viewers.
It all depends on how high of a return you want and how much you're willing to risk. Here I give you an idea that's low-risk and low-maintenance, but still produces a pretty decent cashflow.

With many cities/buildings/properties that don’t allow for rentals to be used as an Airbnb, what are some good questions to ask the owner to determine if there are “loopholes”?

just ask them can you sublet. or roll the dice and see what happens. Usually the less professional and irresponsible management seems, the better your odds of having no issues. Avoid door man buildings and buildings that have live in landlords or supers. Or just focus on legal areas.

Hey Karl! Is Passive Workforce for starting a nursing staffing firm or home health care? Or both? I am trying to get going with things very soon!

Passive Workforce is for starting a Nurse staffing firm - home healthcare is a different animal. Which are you looking to start and why?

@@Karl__Pierre ok perfect!!! I definitely want to start the nursing staffing firm first and then bridge into home health care. I need to escape telemedicine lol but want to have an active hand in nursing as a business owner. Also home health care is my ultimate goal since I have active family members who would greatly benefit from this service 🙏🏽

The building owners are making negotiations difficult. Trying to get a clause changed to have atleast a 5 year lock in on the lease...since we are doing considerable renovations that is necessary to protect the investment

10k aint much? Its very "much" to 97
    % of the population lol

Then that 97% really needs to make some adjustments. Especially if in the USA. Internationally I understand but in the USA not much at all.
