this game seems like it could use some tool tips when you are hovering over an item in the menu. like "roses need lots of water to grow" that kind of stuff.
Mine all the nodes even if it’s not coal or metal, that way they can respawn and may be what you need. Upgrade the bench for more building options also.
Hope you continue this series it’s super interesting! I love watching others play games similar to this because I never have the patience to do it myself

If you die or quit without saving, your progress is lost (you know, the old concept of save/reload) - most of it, anyway. Food you used up on your hotbar will NOT reset to a prior, higher number if you die. Just a bit of an FU on top.
I haven't seen anyone else say this yet, but aren't the flowers on a timer and this worth more money? For the lavender I thought it said something like "Lavender grown to perfection, pick quick!". I think you just didn't get to the roses in time
Watching a plant block him from putting a garden in, and he assumes you can only do 4 in a row. Then later, builds 6 and thinks "oh now I can do it" while my eyes are still on the plant that blocked the first time.
I don't know if you are shade blind but at the end of the video the dirt was looking a little dry, it's possible that there is a middle point between totally dry ground and watered ground and maybe your plants are dieing from being left in dry ground for too long and the slightly dry ground is a sign to water them again?
Jeeze just started watching this series and looks like you forgot you can sell wood which is faster for getting money to buy seeds to plant for even more money and a bush was blocking your expansion from the first 2x2 plot between it and your second plot 😂
Dude has trees all around him for free and the guy in town pays for logs. All they require to turn into logs is a few seconds. Z is literally walking around in a cash vault but just doesn't get it. I love his vids but the way he misses things gives me a headache sometimes.

When you quickly viewed the info on the grapes it specifically mentioned needing a trellis.
You should definitely continue this series though
Z, please focus on making a torch, please. It's made in the workbench and it's fairly simple. It'll make all the difference in the cave.

I mined everything and nothing has respawned in like 5 hours
@@jayburridge8563 I’m not sure of the time it takes to respawn but they do, just not always in the exact spot if I’m not mistaken.

You may also need a bigger crop plot for certain types of plants. Also you have a bush in between you plots that is why you couldn't connect them.

ya but the big thing that cost 12 coal, they do a 5 hp regen per tic when near them so worth it near fighting places.
Well, the berry heals you 5 the grape heals 16. I would say... that is... different.
I think you need to save before going to the town. That probably will not letting your crops keep disappear

You need a lattice for the grapes. also the lights costing 12 coal (in the dungeon) will heal you.
Yo Z, as far as grapes go id suggest exploring your workbench ;)
Passion fruit and grapes both grow on vines, you probably need to build/unlock a trellis maybe.
The cauldrons in the dungeons are expensive to light, but they heal you if you stand in range.

Look between the well and house. There is a piece of paper possibly a map on the ground!

You need to water them if you don't water them they will disappear. The land becomes dry and perished. Grape is grown in a lattice
