- Before his acting career, Lewis Collins earned his money, amongst others, as a musician. Most famous band were 'The Mojos' where he played the bass from 1964 upto 1966/67.
Fortunately I found enough pics to go with a Mojo's song. Enjoy!

man in The Professionals and the film "Who Dares Wins"
So versitile. We always remember him as Bodie but he had so many more strings to his bow. RIP Lewis.

Last saw the Mojo's in 1964 in a nightclub in Seacomb wallasey. RIP Lew.
i remember seeing them in Morriston of all places ( near Swansea) early 60's. I don't remember the venue as it wasn't really a" night to remember". I'm not sure if Lewis was the attraction even. I did like him in his TV shows though. ( R.I.P.)

He didn't play bass on this one,in fact he didn't play on any of their better known ones, the bass player was Keith karl

this sure is a nice vid! I'm too young to have heard of the Mojos if they didn't make it to the international charts but I did like this song... very much, as it was the sentiment that took hold of me. This is actually going to my playlists! Would have done that even if Lew hasn't been there ;-) How on earth did you find all those photos and stuff????? Lew looked so cute as a youngster ...

Yeh, maybe i was tard & hard. i don't expect everyone to share my musical tastes but to single out the singer! It wasn't the greatest song of their career but they did put a lot into it inc strong emotional singing & echoy piano. apologies to the writer if i hurt their feelings, I can be an ass sometimes with my assinine acidic comments.

Na B strane singlu bola pieseň Thatś The Way It Goes,ktorej autormi boli členovia skupiny James a Crouch. Bol to prvý singel nahraný v novej zostave.a vydaný v roku 1965. V oktobri 1964 odišli z tejto livepoolskej skupiny pôvodní členovia Keith Karlson, John Conrad a Terry O ´Toole. Dvojicu Stu James vl.m. Stuart Slater spev, klavir a Nicky Crouch gitara bývalý člen skupiny Faron´s Flamingos doplnili Aynsley Dunbar nar. 10. januara 1946 bicie a Lewis Collis nar. 27. mája 1946 v Bidstone basová gitara, ktorý sa preslávil ako herec v seriale Profesionali v postave Bodieho a, ktorý žiaľ zomrel na zákernú chorobu 27. novembra 2013 v Los Angeles. Táto zostava nahrala eštesingel s piesňami Goodbye Doly Gray a I ´Just Can´t Let Her Go. Skupina zanikla v septembri 1966. V roku 1968 James obnovil skupinu s novými členmi. Dunbar pokračoval v hudobnej kariere so skupinami na americkom kontinente.

Thanks for the perk; I feel very sorry that Lew missed so many opportunities in his light weight career. he could have been a great actor and a good singer as well (I know he's not singing here but he's got a nice voice, as expressive as his face. Lazy boy!
