Most of the time when I study with my teacher and if my teacher ask me questions he answers before me by screaming and that's truly annoying. And he will never stay with me he just flies and sit somewhere like on the of freez , oven, my head and even sometimes on top of a/c . And its really hard to get him down from there

Bigger Cage ! Talk to them, have wings clipped so they can have a little freedom. watch out for mirrors in the home and close toilets! feed pellets and some seed. every day ~ fresh water every day ~ spray millet and lots of Toys ! clean cages weekly !!!

You have to just talk to it and catcall to it, it's the easiest thing for these birds to learn. If your bird is a girl it probably won't talk much though.

That is a male and it is in need of a female companion that is what he is saying. I have over 60 cockatiels and have actually deciphered some of their language. This one is singing the frustrated lonely song, guaranteed!.
Clipping wings isn’t always good, they are easier to tame this way but I can’t do it to my bird, he will be sad of losing ability to fly like before. Probably best way to lose his trust.
@amaanigreen I have a cockatiel and his crest goes down when he's happy, it goes up when he's scared or unhappy. And I've had him for over 10 years so dont tell me in wrong because I know him pretty damn well

You need a bigger cage and a lot more toys. Things they can chew and shred, and pull and jangle. Tthey must be really bored.
