Nice clean to the point video. If you could include a part number and where to purchase, that would be awesome

Many owners get these machines used and may want to replace the MIG gun due to wear or damage. Tweco make adapters for nearly every MIG including CK, and you can buy replacement guns with most common "back ends" (the brass part with the O-rings you insert into your welding machine). If you aren't sure what you have, post a clear photo on the Weldingweb and/or Miller welding forums which are by far the best online welding communities. (I'm not affiliated but have over 4,000 posts on WW, mostly on equipment repair.) When you use a MIG gun with common liners life is much more convenient when ya need a replacement. When you buy one liner, buy a second (they are usually under 20 bucks) as a spare. If you use fine wire .025" and smaller I prefer a nylon gun liner instead of the bare coil spring. Do not use rusty MIG wire. It contaminates liners and makes life miserable unless you like untangling "birdnesting" when it sticks.

What causes the wire to arc at the roller ?
