I saw these in a store yesterday, so I’m “investigating”. You CAN use letters or words with the ink pads… you would just need to do the “mirror stamping” technique. It’s actually easy and opens your options that much more. TFS 😊
Angie, this is AMAZING! For those of us who have been crafting forever and have so many crafting tools, Stamps and Dies in our stash and are now doing Sublimation, this brings crafting to a whole new level. A little tip: If you put a little of the inks on a something plastic or teflon, then lay your paper on top of it, you can make some beautiful images. There's so many ways to utilize these inks and paints. Did not mean to be so long, so excited! Angie, Thank you for another amazing tutorial.
I watched your previous video with the markers, immediately investigated, and have now ordered markers, pads, and paint. I completed a Mother's Day mug project for my childrens' daycare, which was such great fun, but these items would have made the project *pain free*! I really can hardly wait to see what The Littles can get up to now!! Father's Day is coming. Thank you so much for the work you do!
WOW Angie this is awesome to know you don’t have to use a printer, thank you for the info and tips!!! Thank you for sharing this with us all!!! Hugs Liz x
My paints arrived yesterday! I am so excited to give these a try. Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed videos they are so easy for me to follow and thank you for the discount code on the paint and protective paper💕
Wow good timing for this video. I am new with sublimation and love stamping so i can comine two hobbies :) I want to find out how this ink fairs on stamps - imagine the possibilites - Love your videos! Your rock Angie! - Happy crafting!
This is awesome! I’m still waiting for my paints now I need to order a set of inks! So excited 👍😁 Unfortunately They do not sell these in a full set, only singles. By the way, I’m loving the Sublimation Camp!
wonderful, was looking for a way to create art and then sublimate it on mugs, coasters, ornaments etc. Just wondering if using my stamps with the sublimation ink pads will prevent me from using the stamps with other inks in the future?
Can’t wait to get mine. Also, I’m so sorry to go off the subject. I can’t seem to find a yellow color T-shirt for sublimation that’s 65% polyester. What do you recommend?
Stamps were from Kingston Crafts but they are a few years old now. The clear block is just a clear stamping block. Pouncer brushes are sponge brushes from Amazon.
Yep! It is the formulation of this product that allows you to use copy paper. Similar to sublimation markers or Infusible ink pens where it is not needed!
The colors are brand new so I am not sure about international roll out. I know they have a variety of distributors. No ink refills for the tank printers are not the same formulation.
I wonder if you could use these techniques with actual printer ink? When I converted my ecotank printer, not all of the sublimation ink fitted into the printer so there's some left in the bottles. Do you think you could "paint" with this in a similar way?

I have done several things with plastic just not in this video! HA!
@@AngieHolden I should have known! Hahaha!🤗
MOM and WOW would still work to stamp this way!! LOL!
HA HA! It would!

These are so great for gifts! Happy to help!
Great video I learned a lot from watching it I never knew you could do that without a printer thanks
Happy to help!
Fyi you can mirror stamps with a solid stamp. You stamp onto that, then stamp that onto your project and it's mirrored. 😎
You can also use acetate.
Okay NOW I need to try this.....
This lady is so informative I always have to watch her program she draws me in very clear and well organized 👌
Thanks!

Awesome!
Really love the ink refill with the air.
Me tooooo!!
Angie, that’s cool! I love that bottle opener! The colors are awesome!!!
That is like my favorite project EVER!
What a very cool product. Hope to try this technique as well. I like the stamping idea the best.
Glad you like it!
This is so awesome! Thank you so much for these ideas!
You are so welcome!
This is cool! Thanks for sharing. What about using it with water like watercolor paint to paint with?
I prefer this product for that: th-cam.com/video/OlKbpEy1G_A/w-d-xo.html&lc=UgzzES5MzZVgO-luCcx4AaABAg
Oh my goodness - this is really something - you mean I can use my acrylic stamps, put this in the mug press and voila’ ?? - amazing
YEP! So awesome!!
I didn't even know these existed! So cool!
They really are cool!
This is awesome. I have a bunch of stamps that I can use. Can’t wait to try it. Thank you for sharing 😊

Angie, you are a wizard! Love this idea and thanks so much for your experiments, I'm gonna get some of that stuff! k
pretty cool. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
I can't wait to get some!!! I just got my Sublimation Paint in today!!!! Thanks so much for all of your videos!!!
What they have sublimation paint??
Have fun!
Yep! Try this for sublimation paint: th-cam.com/video/OlKbpEy1G_A/w-d-xo.html
OMG this is amazing!!!!! I want them all!!!!
It is so good!
How neat!! I wonder how the ink would work on minky to make plushies 🤔 the markers still show a lot of white underneath after transfer.
Minky is fuzzy so will probably always show some white under.
This is awesome! I’m still waiting for my paints now I need to order a set of inks! So excited 👍😁 Unfortunately They do not sell these in a full set, only singles. By the way, I’m loving the Sublimation Camp!
There are probably only a few people that would buy a whole set....ME.....so there is that!
@@AngieHolden me too! 😊
Amazing
wonderful, was looking for a way to create art and then sublimate it on mugs, coasters, ornaments etc. Just wondering if using my stamps with the sublimation ink pads will prevent me from using the stamps with other inks in the future?
Not at all. Just clean them after use.
thanks so much :) @@AngieHolden
Another great tutorial! I don’t have a cricut auto press, is there another way to transfer the designs?
Heat press, easy press, whatever you have!
This is great!!!
Thank you!
Love your tutorials Angie. You used laser copy paper, but would it be better with sublimation paper?
This ink is formulated to work with copy paper!
once you have the inks on the paper, could you put the paper through the printer to add text?
I think you could! It would need to be a sublimation printer though!
@@AngieHolden thank you for answering. Those is definitely some results that I've never seen in an svg file.
you are a genius...
do you think it is possible to put the refill ink into a water colour brush pen and use it to sublimate a drawing?
Maybe? They make sublimation pens as well that may be a bit easier!
@@AngieHolden could you do a video of the same?
That's awesome product l have a epson printer for sale new with ink inside .can I shipp it with ink inside or l should empty out?? TlA
I am not sure. Sorry!
Can’t wait to get mine. Also, I’m so sorry to go off the subject. I can’t seem to find a yellow color T-shirt for sublimation that’s 65% polyester. What do you recommend?
Colors are going to be hard to come by as they are usually white. Did you try Heat Transfer Warehouse?
No… but I’m on it. Thank you 😊
Angie I need to be able to write on my tumblers. What can I use
You can write on copy paper and transfer it using sublimation markers. But there is not a product to apply directly to the tumbler.
great teaching video
Thanks!
@@AngieHolden you are welcome honey
Do you have a link to the stamps and clear block you used as well as the pouncer brushes?
Stamps were from Kingston Crafts but they are a few years old now. The clear block is just a clear stamping block. Pouncer brushes are sponge brushes from Amazon.
Hi
I've never done any heatpress items by nor sublimation.
My question is about the cup..do you still need the mug press to do the technique?
Thanks
For a cup, you could use shrink wrap and a convection oven.
Could we use stencils and apply the ink over stencil with a brush?
I am sure you could! They also make a sublimation paint you can see here: th-cam.com/video/OlKbpEy1G_A/w-d-xo.html
Couldn't you make a stencil with cardstock of a mirrored quote and then ink the words on the sublimation paper ?
Sure!
Angie! Hi! How come you don’t need to use your sublimation paper? (Sorry just started doing it, and I thought that’s what we were to use?) thank you!
Yep! It is the formulation of this product that allows you to use copy paper. Similar to sublimation markers or Infusible ink pens where it is not needed!
@@AngieHolden thank you very much, Angie!
Angie can this be purchased in the UK or is it only available in the US
The colors are brand new so I am not sure about international roll out. I know they have a variety of distributors.
Hi again, cant find this ink in Canada, would the ink refills for the tank printers work?
The colors are brand new so I am not sure about international roll out. I know they have a variety of distributors. No ink refills for the tank printers are not the same formulation.
Hi! Thanks for the video. Question... Would the mug be dishwasher safe after sublimation?
Yep! It is the same as any sublimation mug!
@@AngieHolden sorry 1 more question...what kind of paper were you using?
I just used copy paper!
Could you stamp onto Infusible ink sheets?
Yes you could!
I wonder if you could use these techniques with actual printer ink? When I converted my ecotank printer, not all of the sublimation ink fitted into the printer so there's some left in the bottles.
Do you think you could "paint" with this in a similar way?
I don’t see why not- you just need to paint with them on either sub paper or laser copy paper!
This ink is a different formulation than that.
@@AngieHolden could be worth an experiment
Will the sublimation done on printer paper last as long as if done on sublimation paper?
Yep! This ink is formulated to work with copy paper!
Thanks.
Are you using regular paper or some specific paper with the ink
Just regular copy paper!
I WANT these but they’re not available in the UK. 😢
Apparently Blick sells them in the UK.
@@AngieHolden oooh thanks Angie, I'll look.
Nooo….had a look, just USA 😢
So much fun! WOW!!! Thanks :>)
Thanks! Enjoy!
Can you use a heat gun ,to do cups?
No. I have tried and it doesn't work.
@@AngieHolden thank you
I read on their site that the black ink contains a cancer causing compound?
I just looked and I do see that. A similar warning from the state of California is on many craft supplies and other materials.
Are you using sublimation paper?
Nope just copy paper!
Another great video! Thanks Angie. I want to buy it all!
They are so much fun to use!
