People complaining about the difficulty is pretty good to me The game is not only about spamming the attack button, it is also about thinking and having a good strategy
I completely agree with you, at first I didn’t really like the fact that enemies had different attack patterns, but I feel like that adds the strategy to it. In a way, strategizing is kinda fun.

That final boss is brutal on hard mode, we got 3 people and it deals a whopping 24 damage with its big bite and those acid rain attacks deal 8 per ball
I barely did it in hard mode with one other person with me who wasn’t using hard mode,he healed me while I was dealing damage
acid rains are absolutely terrible
That 1 attack is just *spamming the space bar*
I got all my siblings for hard mode and it still took 30 minutes
I soloed it after the nerf i think idk if there was tho...

How I did it:
1. Get lots of mangoes because the cure poison
2. Focus when you're out of sp
3. dynamite
4. Learn how to counter or block his attacks
5. Use a rocket launcher to lower his defense

6. Stay calm keep your cool
7. Treat your SP like money in the real world, You always want lots

I beat it on my first try, all you need is do is be smart with your items, that first bossfight is unironically the hardest 💀

wow this guy is really cautious. High hp, lots of blocking, I mean I am sure it works but its not as fun as going in and attacking with 5 hp left with only ice dagger to heal on a oss once u missed. Other than that great video, and you learn almost instantly any slower attack, and that is insane, so keep it up :).

yell power stab is a cheaper aleternative to dynamite if you crit with the linked sword it does the same dmg the only downside is enemies with defense and you need good timing
If ur a knight you can deal up to 8 damage withouit food if u did the right things like striking first
I just like using dynamite whether its effective or not

In my case pawpawa (name that sounds like that) helped me beat Griefer and bubonic beast
Also i have a theroy of ehat the last chapter will be. Once u claim all the swords you will put them at SFOTH. But 1x1x1x1 appears from a glitched portal and combines all the swordd into the dameonshank. He also summons the 1st 7 guardians of the swords. Azruewarth of the ice dagger, Brandon, knight of the venomshank, lothar of the ghostwalker, Vagar, warrior of firebrand, Hera first godess and weilder of the illumina, and King Ares god of destruction and weilder of the darkheart. (Made up.names) when you defeat all the bosses 1x1x1x1 takes their sword, brandon the only one resisiting but stills losses his sword. The swords recraft into the damepnshank and u fight 1x1x1x1
After you win you can tp to the gods world, aka the sword weilders homes. Each one having their own unique setting. After that Block tales:swords of times end and a new block tales game appears.

The rocket launcher's dmg is 1 but it give's a -1 defense debuff for the enemys also if you miss the timing of the rocket launcher you just shoot it at the at yourself lol

I already finished the game, and it was so fun but in each chapter, theres only one sword.
And theres about 7 swords, so 7 demo’s.

it's real tough, the worst attack for me is the Acid Rain (you miss once and you'll end up block whiffing the rest of the barrage unless you Guarded). It was a big wake up call to level my Health up as I'd been focusing on SP and BP. I can't imagine doing it on Hard Mode but I imagine some mad man's already gone off and done that.

you can only hope of stalling and chip damage in hard mode since even the rush attack deal 3 damage on good block with safe guard
I used the “the best offensive is a good defensive” strat, just maxed out defense cards. It was smooth sailing for there
Tbh spam the space bar when hes doing the rapid attacks and you can block / dodge most or even all of them
Cutscene time stamps because i wanna watch the animation (I'll be placing the more important cutscenes or where there was actual animation instead of just talking.)

demo 2 really needs a bit of rebalancing their difficulty its kinda hard, overall its a good demo but probably a bit lower than demo 1, if it got balanced it will be more better than demo 1. Good demo 8.1/10. I hope brad gets better in the future.
I agree, the difficulty spike and the nerfing of literally every singular item ruined the game for me.

brad and cruel king are possibly brothers. as they can hear the voices (cruel king can hear the voices when you defeat him)
and their voice are probably from their memory or just their mind. they want to kill someone
nah, the reason they hear the voices is because the swords are possibly corrupting their minds.
(and btw this is confirmed in Guru's dialogue: "Face your inner demons, young one...")
I think the voices are possibly from the corruption the swords all give off
I have a fricking theory...all the people who have the desires to obtains the SFOTH swords are obeyed by the voices, they could be possessed, because of their colored eyes...and this voice could possibly be the one that kidnapped builderman, or at least ordered his goons to do so.

Some lore context : "Voices" tho we don't know what they are, what are there goals and why did they bring us to the past, corrupt every peapol that here them, by making them believe in a false prophecy or just hypntotising them really hard
Griffer was affected by the voices to a point that a stranger (us) triggered him way more then anything else and to this point at the end cuz of the voice he became a monster that tried killed us.
After we defeated him the voices gone from him to try surelly to get a new vessel to hypnotise
Ive defeated griefer but at what cost?... oh well time to test out the venomshank!

from my experience i would recommend just using dynamite on each one, it does cost a lot of sp, but unless you’re able to counter each mosquito, then they will just keep healing all the damage you do.
Sword Toss can easily deal with them one at a time for just 1 SP. Ball can also one shot if you pull a Super Counter off and the Baller Card can let you one shot them if you pull the action command off. It's best to deal with them one at a time, but their damage output isn't that high compared to the other enemies.
Well I can’t fucking counter them there too fast for me. I saw this guy stomp on them so I tried it but it didn’t work
@@Scythephighting the guard window is when they blob up as they fly into your player. the counter window is as they make contact. I suggest practicing a bit against them and the other enemies (especially the multi hit enemies like the Dartmen and Venom Wizards) or else you're gonna really struggle later on in the Chapter.

But the balancing...IS NOT!
Some attackes are fast as lighting and some other are like snail...
Demo1 was balanced for solo players and team players, but demo2 is balanced only on team players bc if you try to beat demo2 solo you will go throught hell...
All it needs is solo balancing and it's perfect, but if they keep it, Prepare for demo3 cuz it's going to get harder by the min
Agreed. While I don’t think normal mode demo 2 solo is too awful, hard mode solo seems like an absolute nightmare. It’ll probably get balanced soon enough tho

Have they changed the block/dodge window? It feels almost frame perfect now it's too brutal. I've beat the boss of this demo after many attempts and just went into the pit with the "Training wheels" card to try and re learn all the block/dodge windows. It's really not helping though.

You really gotta abuse the dynamite in this chapter. Sword's viability definitely increased now that it can do as much damage as the dynamite but dynamite is still really important now.
Also items,i needed a much of mangos and coconut water to survive Bubonic Plant. Its the acid balls and big bite that really get you since the other two moves you can spam space

I finally soled it no joking all it took was some use to countering(doesn't mean I perfect counter every time) some supplies and being both on offense and defence at the same time, learning when it will use plant rush(after it uses venom buff)and finally taking my time. Took more than 3 hours to complete these demo

Each Chapter Has a Different Sword and All of them are from Sword fight on the Heights and this is my guess on each chapter's Sword

Does anyone know how to get the SP card at 45:12 ? I've tried to shrink and it didn't work. Nor did using the ball with the shrink.
shrinking works, you need to fall inbetween the gaps on the bridge until you eventually fall to the card

I had the worst strategy and I died like so many times in the phase 1 of Brad and I used up all of my items on phase 1, WHEN I REALISED THERE WAS A PHASE 2, REALISED I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING WITH NO ITEMS.. AND THIS MADE ME RELY ON MY BEST STRATEGY, DYNAMITE SND ICE DAGGER. IT TOOK A W HILE BUT I DID IT. IT WAS HELL.
