Great work,, amazing
I admire the way you live your lives. I'm trying to do the same but on a much smaller scale. Each of us can help to change the world with just small steps in the way we live our lives. Keep on keeping on!
Hi I’m loving your philosophy … I’m doing the same in the uk .. Just acquired some land. …….no buildings, no electricity, no water so I’m really starting from scratch. I have found two lovely Natural springs The water appears to be amazingly pure year as it is filtered through 40 m of chalk bedrock (calcium carbonate) I’ll be following your journey for, sure
I'm a kiwi from Wellington. Love your journey. Keep moving with this positive vibe!
che bro. My middle name was Friday at one point. A mantra: good luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Its also fun stuff. Hope u all gud down there.
@@Kaiwaipermaculturebolivia Currently living in Sa mate. Back in kiwi land later in the year. I have a 3 hectare plot in Wilderness, S.A. Going to build my dream home off the grid here. Great to see channels like this and sharing your stories. I'm actually looking at this water filter system for my house in Zanzibar.
@@Tribaltourist do it mate, it works a dream and has proven handy to have an extra water reservoir too
Both of you deserve the Nobel prize
The whole world should operate this way

What a beautiful project you two are doing! So much potential there! Wish you the best!
Aw thank you so much! We are excited!
Thing that gets me about permaculture, is you never get to see how people got started, they seem to have all just woke up one day tired of their cushy job and stop blowing their money and go buy land and homes with wells and equipment, and now it’s permaculture.
We are planning a video to show how we started here from nothing
I’m glad I found your channel. I am looking forward to following along!
Awesome, Nate!
I knew you where a kiwi and you should be proud of what you have achieved

kIa ora Simon & Jessica. Currently residing in the Oamaru, area. N.Z. New Sub. Glad to find your channel. What is on this List of yours.?? What do you normally grow.? When this video was posted Dec 13th 2021 what season was it there.?? How much rain fall do you nomally get .?? When is your next video walk around.?? Keep up the good work.
Hi Maurice, I've been wanting to start doing walk around vids ...it's on the list lol. Everything grows in this climate. We have diverse veg for eating well and medicinal plants. We also planted more trees this year with the grand solar minimum in mind. So more cold hardy types like apples, plums and citrus. Dec is summer. Rainfall varies Alor but is typically just during summer months. There are rivers for flood irrigation.
Show us what you're growing!
Ok Sofie 🙂
Organic tastes and Smokes better.
