How know our grip is perfect or wrong please tell. When I do practice allalon I play properly but when play with someone then my grip does not remain constant

Don't worry Yogendra this is a an issue with almost everyone. Under pressure your mental & physcial coordination gets impaired. You have to relax more while playing & practice. Also spend some time to see if you can add/change some aspects to find a grip which is more reapeatable & constant.
