    do you know if theres a way to see when a call is coming through, that its from someone who clicked on your ad? we sometimes get a lot of spam calls but only want to answer of course the calls we are paying for from google

    Can you help us with google ads for promoting video clips? We set up two target campaigns Friday but they no running yet the only thing we can see is. Staus Eligible.

      If you are using a smart bidding strategy like max conversions I have seen it take up to 5 days for ads to start showing (in some cases)

    How can I focus on showing Call extension only? As I have other types of extensions/assets (I added them for rotation) as well, but I would like to focus on Call extension only. Should I delete all other extensions? As they are showing more often with my ad. Thanks!

    hello
    I'm from Singapore and I'm trying to run Google ads to a GP clinic.
    It seems that for Singapore call extensions, the option to track phone conversions isn't available since the Google Forwarding thing doesn't exist for Singapore.
    Any other solutions?

      Hello Galvin, in that case you could use:
      - a 3rd party solution
      - set up click to call conversions (so at least you know when your number is clicked on)
      PS: I used to live in Bali so miss my short flight to enjoy some Chilli Crab 🦀

    Aaron, you say if you have high quality KW to put them in a new dedicated campaign. Do you literally delete them out of the one they are in and create a new one fresh or is there a way to transfer the historic data related to those terms?

    What if I can't add to the report columns like "call time duration" or "search term"? I have a message that this fields are not compatible with the existing columns in the report. I am deleting the wrong columns but I still can't add the proper fields... Maybe it's because Google Ads is now changing extensions into the assets and there is some conflict...

    Hey Aaron, when trying to add "Search Keyword" into the report, it is greyed out and says "This field is not compatible with [Asset (assocation)], [Asset source (association)], and 2 more field(s)." What does this mean and is there a way to get that field into my report?

      Probably you might be clicked on Assets > Call Assets
      Instead choose Assets (legacy) > Call Details
      Hope you can see it

    Hi Aaron! I love your videos and I have a question I am really hoping you can help with:
    Because of the nature of calls from ads as conversions, that they are done not by clicking the website first but right from the search page, is conversion rate still a good metric to use, or
    should phone through rate be used instead as a guiding performance measurement?

    Hey Aaron. For call only ads, should we choose maximise clicks vs maximise conversions. which gives us more phone calls ultimately.

      Hello Veda, I would start with Maxmise Clicks and then look to transfer to Maximise Conversions once you start to generate more phone calls.
      While you are using Maximise Clicks, just make sure that you are completing search term audits every 72 hours to filter out non-related search terms

      My pleasure - yes you can via a Google sheet - but the numbers won’t update automatically. So you have to update the Google sheet each month

    Hii, love your channel.. will u please tell me can i run brand bidding campaign on Google ads for clickbank ? Bcoz some product vendors doesn't allowed brand bidding but still lots of people are doing same on their products successfully. How ? Don't they get banned ? And if not.. can i also do that without any hesitation

    For my business, calls will last longer because I need to educate potential clients on the process, how I work, property location and details. etc. It's not a 2 minute process.

      Hi Nedra, yes every business is different. You can change the length of the phone call required for it to be counted as a conversion in the conversion settings set-up.
      plus the benefit of reviewing this data is that you can also track the quality of the call by checking the phone number with any converted leads.
