Hi I loved this video but I have some questions Can I use this as a base for fondant? Will the fondant dissolve? And what about the taste, my mother doesn't like it when it tastes too much like butter, does this one taste butter-y? Does it melt fast ? Thx
I've watched a lot of videos (even a bunch of French ones) looking for such an end product and I don't think any of them have been this airy.

Does this dry hard? Like royal icing what’s a recipe for a fluffy drying frosting?
This doesn't dry hard. You can use it to frost anything!
For a fluffy drying frosting just whip royal icing and dont add too much water

Should i wait for the eggs to cool down before beating them?
Yes! Wait until the bowl is slightly warm to room temp. You can save your batch! Place in the refrigerator for a 30min-1hr and whip until fluffy :)
Is the butter salted or unsalted?
Unsalted
What happens if you don’t have a thermometer
