Not yet too broke. But Ive good tho I can’t complain, drinking juice just like Jack Lalane now, so I know ima strike it rich any day now. Then I gotta get a plate of that Wagyu
this episode is really really really smooth because the outside, the songs in here and the discussion and cooking are really so peaceful, so fresh. Thank you again for this
Keep in mind there IS a difference between American vs Japanese Wagyu. Also, you should cut some thin strips and try some Japanese Wagyu uncooked... its a magical experience. Melts in your mouth truly, and it tastes very much like "game-y" or grassfed milk.
its a joy to see food treated so knowlegebly and with such respect....Im from Montana I am able to age my game and lamb myself....this place blows my mind....i can almost smell it wow
Who knew this majestic warehouse was on Rt 1-9 in North Bergen! I have driven past that location many times. That Wagyu Steak they prepared in the parking lot looks sublime.
I'm a MEM major (management and engineering in manufacturing). Automation robotics is my wheelhouse. The saw was awesome with the safety features. I would give that place an A in my book. I love soap 😉 and, of course, food. Action when are you coming back to the Webster?
been searching the seven seas in a ‘73 Caprice tip toeing on 28’s for the full “Traveling the Stars: Action Bronson and Friends Watch Ancient Aliens” series.. have had as much luck as Tim Anderson on August 5th, 2023; gotta redrop that motion picture experience in a time like this, the people need more cowbell.
“Alchemist reachin’ in the ford truck where we keep the salt tucked.. 1,500 degree broiler next to the accord with no spoiler. Wagyu inch thick, feeding her portions wearing my pink mink, Pat La Frieda and Bronson link.” - @actionbronson
So letting meat out of the fridge to room temperature can develop staph? And the heat can't kill it because we can't get the temperature high enough at home?
HAVE YOU HAD WAGYU BEFORE?!
Not yet too broke. But Ive good tho I can’t complain, drinking juice just like Jack Lalane now, so I know ima strike it rich any day now. Then I gotta get a plate of that Wagyu

Bro, you pronounce it wrong. It's wah-gyu not weh-gyu.
“Cooking Japanese Wagyu in the back of a Ford Raptor” I can hear the lyrics now
Accidental Bronson from Action Bronson lol
“Yeah it’s young baklava the doctor, cooking Japanese wagyu in the back of a ford raptor”

LaFrieda perfectly matches Action's energy. this is gold
I met a Japanese girl, Vancouver, back in 94, best wet-aged wagyu I ever had
This gotta be a Bronson line
sounds more like a Meyhem Lauren line
Body has definitely said this at some point in his life
Every action Bronson video feels like I’m one of the homies hanging out with them
That's what authenticity feels like
this episode is really really really smooth because the outside, the songs in here and the discussion and cooking are really so peaceful, so fresh. Thank you again for this
Love Pat LaFrieda and what they do. Pat has such a calming presence somehow with his demeanor... a true gentleman and an amazing butcher.
Imagine having friends all over the world and one of them is a legendary butcher that gifts you meat boxes

Nice watch pat and meat…
Does anyone know the name/brand of the grill they used?
This shit is so crazy what an episode where can i get this in upstate?!?!
So letting meat out of the fridge to room temperature can develop staph? And the heat can't kill it because we can't get the temperature high enough at home?
The meat would have to come in contact with something that has staph. Like maybe you're unwashed hands or an unclean counter or something.
@@Delentrevathan aaah thanks!!
@@mittaw the that meat rest my brudda
LOL, Action thinks aliens came here to teach us how to pile up rocks.
What's the oven they used in the end?
