Pros: obviously very visually attractive, has that Gibson/Epiphone slightly smaller scale making it easy to play, sounds really good plugged in (had several people tell me so as I played). Potential drawbacks: very bright sound may not be the dreadnaught tone you are looking for, electronics very simple just volume and tone in the sound hole (may be looking for something with EQ and tuner - this doesn't have it.) But, as far as collecting goes, I would certainly recommend it - I have a friend who has one as well, just for collecting. And certainly every guitar speaks to their owner a bit differently so get what is right for you! I am very happy with this Epiphone Hummingbird Pro, and ordering and service from Sweetwater was excellent (no affiliation/benefit for saying that!)

Just wanted to know do you recommend the hummingbird pro ? I been shopping around for a good hummingbird to add to my collection
