Chicken steak with orange sauce - My wife praised it highly.

It was my first time making it, but it turned out amazingly delicious.

[Orange sauce] (serves 2)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
(apple cider vinegar)
Half an orange juice (50cc)
100cc water
2 teaspoons consomme granules
10g butter
A little salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
