Just curious - why you didn't try getting an AUS PR? I mean, ppl like us who never had chance to go overseas, Express Entry is a wonderful option. But ppl who are already in developed nations, why is that they want to start things from scratch in another developed nation??

There should be a cap on declining ITAs, a maximum of 3 times, and if you are not ready, why are you staying in the pool rejecting what someone would give anything to receive, just one ITA.

I was astonished to hear about the test that had to be taken to be accepted into Canada. It's literally like a scene from idiocracy where the guy taking the IQ test is trying to fit the star block into the square hole! Anyway, happy to see that we are enriching our average IQ power even if it is declining.

OINP has issued me my Nomination certificate but my express entry profile expired and now they have transferred my nomination to new express entry profile. Will I get a new Nomination certificate or the one they already issued me with expired EE details will suffice?

They anyways need back to back draws because now there is absolutely no hope for 480s since every day now and then LMIA s are getting approved, and score is going to stay well above 520 for first general draw now
Since end of June, IRCC switched to category-based Express Entry draws. It gives preference to 82 prioritized occupations. If you are not in the club, then you belong to "all program" Express Entry draws. The last 4 draws had CRS cutoffs at 511, 505, 517, and 496. Alternatively, apply for PNP. If you get PNP, you will get 600 base points.
I did not mentioned my one-year work experience in India when applying for my study visa of Canada. Now that I'm in Canada for my studies, I'm creating an Express Entry profile and want to include my work experience. I have documents to prove it. Will this be a problem since I didn't mention it before?

Hello sir, I have applied for PR on April it’s been 6 months I haven’t received ITA yet. My score is (478) I am currently in canada with more than one year of fulltime job experience in IT. Need some updates on when will be the science and technology draw will happen if not should I hope for the ITA with this score? My work permit will going to expire on August 2024. I am wondering by the time will I receive ITA atleast or not.
"Information systems specialists 21222" is a prioritized STEM occupation and is TEER 1 (usually require a Bachelor degree). Make sure that your Express Entry profile has 21222; and wait for a STEM EE draw.
Yes, I am under the STEM category, I am a software developer my role comes under the NOC of STEM category. I did masters in canada and now working as a fulltime employee
@@swathivankayala8556 Make sure that you enter "Software developers and programmers 21232" in your Express Entry profile. The last STEM draw was on Jul 5, 500 people were invited with min CRS score of 486.

My IELTS expires in December. If I get an ITA before that, should I still take it again since it’ll get expired soon after? Or should it just be valid till the time of getting an ITA?
It should be valid till the time you receive your ITA and receive AOR after submitting your required documents

Please help, I ordered a duplicate WES report for OINP, and now when I login to the WES website, I only have a duplicate report available to download (not the original one), it has the the phrase: "Duplicate Evaluation Report (original completed on May 10, 2022)".
I asked the WES customer service how to download the original initial report since I don't have this option on the website, and they replied that "it's the original report".
So now I'm confused, is it ok to upload this report for the post-ITA?? The duplicate report has the same reference number as the original initial report.

Hi sir my CRS is 362 and I tried several times to achieve 7778 score in ielts and its been more than 2 years I am not getting nomination invitations and no other favourable response. I wasted my money😢on ielts attempts,what to do?
Try PNP. IELTS General's passing score is 6666 (i.e., 6 per module).

After submission of documents once ITA is received
Age, specifically, gets locked at ITA reception. The rest is at submission. (that means that you will not lose points due to age after any birthday after ITA reception)

The two NOC's belong to all-program Express Entry draws; they are not in the 82 prioritized occupations list announced by IRCC in 2023. The last 4 all-program Express Entry draws had CRS cutoffs at 511, 505, 517, and 496. IRCC has not made any all-program Express Entry draws since Aug 15th. You can try PNP if you qualify. There is an Express Entry category called PNP Linked.

Indeed, the latest extractions were way far from my score 402, but what made me a bit worried is the previous OINP, they sent invitations to 300 profiles in the range below

Why don't you opt for FSW if you meet 67 points which will bring additional points in your case and get in express entry pool

@@hereWeLaugh If your Express Entry profile is active and your CRS score is equal or more than the cut-off score for a particular draw then you will be issued an ITA (for some draws, not all candidates at the cut-off score received an ITA, only those who have been the longest on the pool with that score receive an ITA, depending on the total number of ITA issued).

There are 5,132 ITAs left for the year. Usually IRCC would over-draw (say around 9,000) since some people will decline ITA or don't qualify (lack of doc or couldn't pass IELTS General).
What are my chances of ITA with a CRS Score of 413? Hopeless???
That is why people choose provinces for easier PNP. Some provinces give PNP easily; with PNP, they giver you 600 base CRS points.

I am not talking only about Ontario, all Provinces pick from the Express Entry Pool not just Ontario. I would be happy if my profile is picked by any other province, I don't have any favourite.

And as far as international students are concerned, all of them are not suddenly going to become eligible for Express Entry in 2024 or 2024, some of them will graduate in later years. Only those students are eligible who complete their studies in 2023 or 2024 and enter the Express Entry pool.
