j'adore le chocolat. Belle présentation des meilleurs chocolatiers. Pouvez-vous nous dire ce qu'il y avait sur le plateau de chocolat. Cela a l'air incroyable.
Bonjour Gabrielle! Very nice video! I love that you speak in French as well! You were lucky they allowed you to film at Chapon! Well, obviously, it's because of what you do. For the rest of us, it's not quite the same. I was there at the same store last summer, in Rue du Bac and I saw how rude the employee was with some tourists for taking pictures of the chocolate mousse! He was really unpleasant! I believe he was trying to avoid people from taking pictures of him. But he was very ugly, not attractive at all and his personality matched his looks! Who wants him in their pictures when you have beautiful chocolate? Ican't help it, but when I remember my first day at Chapon, I always think about that episode.
I wonder if the chocolate in Paris is “healthier” in terms of better for you than chocolate here in America. Obviously eating a whole lot of chocolate no matter where you are in the world isn’t the best idea but, I feel like chocolate in Europe….you can eat a whole bar and not feel gross afterwards or feel like you’re gonna end up breaking out in pimples 1-2 days later. Like the ingredients for European chocolate are probably so much better than American chocolate even though technically the only “American” chocolate brands are Nestle and Hershey’s because Lindt and Lindor are I believe Swiss.
Lindt is a Swiss brand. But it does not mean it is made in Switzerland. I live in Belgium (Land of the chocolate, ;) ) But just across the border in Germany, I live 2 minutes from the Dutch & 14 minutes from the German border, there is a Lindt factory ( You can buy chocolate at factory prices). “healthier” ;) I don't know about that, but Belgian, French, Swiss chocolate has more dept & character
I always love the positive and adventurous energy from these videos!
Ils étaient trop beaux pour les mots !
