Body cam has been released... this judge looks like a clown now.
In the manner the video was put out it created a false negative bc no one knew the whole story smh

When a police officer is trying to separate all involved parties and the “judge” keeps pushing the officer and he tells her MULTIPLE TIMES to BACK OFF, you BACK-THE F^^K-UP or….youre going to jail. That simple. Don’t suggest an accident ever happened. The judge looked at the officer and simply wouldn’t stop putting her hands on him and if it was a man doing that, he might’ve been un-alived and nobody would even be talking about it because the cop would’ve had “officer safety” as their excuse. The fact the “judge” made the situation worse at every stage of the incident, in my opinion, speaks VOLUMES about why this woman is always in the news for all the wrong reasons and had the absolute gaul to even cry (without tears which is her M.O) that “it wasn’t fair that nobody threw a party for her” after getting sworn in. This ex-“judge” is an entitled 12 year old. Not a woman who’s mentally stable or competent enough to be a judge or have an ounce of power anywhere, including over a plant in her home. She’s as honest and genuine as pleather.
Punch, kick, shove, spit on. Basically, don't commit battery against cops, people, and don't bother lying about it after. You're always going to be the one who ends up in the cuffs. Assault and battery against a LEO almost always ends up dismissed, but it'd be nice to see her actually held accountable for her actions for once in her life.
Isn't it hypocritical to say he's a cop when at the time of the incident, he was just a security. Did he identify himself as a off duty cop?? An y was he beating a female?? The victim needs to press charges on the cop for police brutality. As a law professional he's supposed to identify himself and ask the young lady to comply respectfully. But hey everybody drunk I guess

She did lose her job. She lost her primary by 30 points. Unfortunately she disgracefully remains on the bench until the new judge swears in January.

The judge wasn't attacked. GEEZ! Another woman was being punched by a man and no one stepped in but the judge! The police arrived and witnesses said the man beating the woman wasn't even dealt with by the police. The judge then gets arrested.

But Peterson accused the police officer of beating the woman and she said she witnessed it. She also said she saw him with a Red Martini so it’s the police officer who should have been arrested (according to her). She also threatened the officer.
Where is the INTEGRITY of the court?? Judge Peterson was suppose to contact the police off to the side- NOT get physically involved. That is some low IQ acting coming from a judge. This judge should loose her judgeship from getting involved. I’m not saying the attacker was right. This judge has taken out the integrity of our Courts.
Stay out of bars, and you won't be put in this type of situation.

That alleged victim took her shoes off and ran up on that man who was 3 X's her size. There's a cell phone video out there that shows that part. That's probably how her toes got scraped up.
What gets me is that she is complaining that no one came to help her. Sis, ain't nobody in their right mind going to risk their life for someone who behaved as you did. Nobody.

You’re right it is not what it seems. I watched the whole thing. Crazy drunk “judge“ refusing to identify herself for two hours , Asking what her charges were 20+ times and spouting off various other nonsense. Regardless of her situation, though, I do think it seems suspicious did the original attacking male was let go and no other statements originally taken by Police until the second call. I would love to see other footage of the entire event.

The problem is. She lied during the JQC hearings. Put an innocent women in jail. Tried to complain that she was underpaid while being the highest paid judge. Now she allegedly punched a cop, threatened his life and refused to identify herself. Even if the charges are dropped she can't be trusted as a judge or a lawyer. You're a lawyer, you should know charges are fought in court and not on the street. You get zero sympathy. You could have been bonded out after being booked and fought the charges and let the rest of the this take course. You made the situation worse and now that women doesn't have justice because you decided to be the most stubborn and unhelpful person there. You took the attention away. This whole situation escalated because of Christina Peterson.
