I don't know if you thought about baby wearing, but that will allow you to do things around the house while he is sleeping. It definitely helped me with my first daughter, and I plan on doing it again with my second daughter.

I hate wasting food too ugh! I started freezing everything before it goes bad. Ouuu hello fresh put me on sesame oil and making pickled cucumbers . They also put me on rice vinegar in the rice with some brown sugar ! Amazing !! Like a picked sweet taste

Grass fed milk doesn’t spoil. No matter if open and pastured cage free eggs. Don’t spoil either. Organic and delicious. Can’t tell the difference but does taste healthier

yes I just started to do the same thing its a hassle for me to shop once a week but I hate wasting and planning at least dinners. and that'll be what it is. hopefully I see a difference and a change. I eat smaller meals my son is typically the one where im cooking meals for and there are left overs he, his father or I will eat.
You can get a baby body wrap so hes on you but yr hands are free
this is my first time viewing your video so idk if uve tried this already. but how about u invest in a baby wrap cloth such as the happy wrap so he could be on you and ur hands would be free to do what u need to do.

Thank you! I didn’t do anything specific..I use to work out during my pregnancy so I feel it help me repair really fast, and also I breast fed for a short time and the contractions from that shrunk my uterus even faster.
