as a decade long meditator, I was so happy to learn that keith started meditating. Everyone could get something from it. Hard to say what that is for each person, but I firmly there's something to be gained for everyone and the human race as a whole to be honest.

Crazy talking about meditation in 2008. Idk if I'm the ink one that thinks this way, but I feel like Every Time I Die's music took a different direction after Gutter Phenomenon?!
Meditation is very powerful and is helpful in so many different ways. Sometimes just spending time alone and decompressing can enlighten, assist in self discovery, and even simplify issues just by creating time to prioritize life.
Great interview Ryan, looking forward to their new album and I may need to pick up a copy of Keith's book!

The "take away all the power to get all the power" part is something alot of people need to hear because it dwells in the territory of mental illness where some people feel like they're too far gone that they individualize themselves against the world to a point of no return but the reality is everyone has an untapped potential, just not everyone lives to witness it.

Keith seems like he's doing a lot better now than he was a few years back. I remember when Ex-Lives came out, a lot of his interviews were about how much he didn't like who he was and what not so it's good to see him sounding more positive and talking about meditation haha
