I know what you're talking about. For some reason when you first use channels under in PS it defaults to "Masked Areas" under "channel options". You need to change it to "selected areas". then it will work. open a new doc. create a channel. double click on the channel. then change it "selected areas". close the doc. next time you open a new file it will default to "selected areas" then you won't have to invert anything....
question now i have a shirt that i want to make but it has blue light blue light purple. and Also have another shirt that goes light grey dark grey darker darkest black. can i do it with this process
