The extinction of flora and fauna off the Earth continues with only the commercially harvested, those that make good pets, those impossible to kill off, and mankind not in danger of extinction short term thru a few 100's of years from now.

Beatrice the Baby Beaver🦫 is too freaking adorable. I am so happy that she was rescued due to her unfortunate situation as an orphan. This little cutie can melt anyone’s heart. I’m a huge Dog Lover & Cat Daddy but appreciate & adore rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, marmots, beavers & other little critters. Kudos to all the animal & wildlife lovers out there rescuing & caring for these furry pals. We see so many people now with “unorthodox” pets like Chipmunks & Beavers which has really brought awareness to how intelligent & how emotionally deep these little balls of fur really are. We are often so caught up in our busy lives & in these modern times we are distracted by all the excessive crime, social issues, etc that we forget to slow down & smell the roses. Enjoying wildlife is a fantastic thing because like our beloved cats & dogs, they really help us stay grounded, humbled & keep things in perspective for us. Having a greater appreciation for our wildlife & the environment is a good thing. Thank you for saving Beatrice the Beaver! 🙂👍

When I was around 20 a baby mocking bird fell out of a nest in a tree in my yard. I got a box and and some hay and put it back in the tree. When I came home later, the baby was dead in the street. (The tree was next to the street). I was so pissed off at my self and whoever ran the bird over. If you ever find a baby animal, take it as a blessing. Nurse the little critter until it's time to fly away - if it doesn't, you have a friend for life.
