After some really intense research, the narrator name is actually Deem Bristow! He also was the voice actor for Dr. Eggman in sonic and many other video game characters, and unfortunately he passed away in 2005.
Amazingly well read and well compiled video to go along with Smith's gruesomely terrific tale. I enjoyed this immensely. Thank You so much. It was so well done in every aspect I only but wish every Smith tale were given such treatment. I long for more.
One of my favorite things about this story is that his descriptions of abyssal sea creatures is pretty accurate for someone who never actually witnessed the like. The imagery is reminiscent of footage from deep sea probes that you see elsewhere on youtube...
I love this one. The story, the man's voice and the 80s sounding atmospheric music really rounds this bad boy out. One of my favorite CAS stories is "The Coming of the White Worm" but I can't find an audio version. I hope that someone uploads that one sometime.

The music has this seductive fever-dream quality that is as alluring as it is sinister and alien. Coupled with your narration and the crashing waves, it breathes life into the proceedings, lends depth, as though we are only glimpsing one little tale on a few scattered islands in the vast, dark, delightful world of Zothique. Incredible work!
Luckily, the Isle of Torturers is broken by absolute death in the end, due to the brave deed of King Fulbra of Yoros, who had taken three days of torture in Uccastrog.
If anyone asks what sets Clark Ashton Smith apart from HP Lovecraft or Robert E Howard, I will be directing them to this video. Your production thoroughly captures the fever-dream sensuality, the unbridled creativity, and the psychelic weirdness that distinguishes CAS from others in the Lovecraft Circle.

To the dark eddillo website the reading of the isle of the tortureers by Clark Ashton smith is quite good I do like it if you are in to horror of which I am not I am now into pulp fiction please will you please put as another pulp vidio read along the mayor of hell by norvel page but just three chapters one though three and fangs of the dragon by norvel page writting as grant Stockbridge
I really love this reading, but for feedback's sake, the music is a bit too high in volume and distracting... I wouldn't keep it up throughout the whole reading, just in the beginning and end. Keep up the good work!
