Airline Pilot here, my recomends: 1. Amazon Firestick and a VPN. Brilliant for TV from home if you're abroad, or to continue to watch a show/youtube when away. 2. 140w GaN charger with 4 ports to charge all my devices from one plug with multiple plug adapters for a trip more powerful than big brick, multi-voltage also. 3. Casekoo phone case with integrated phone stand AND allows wireless charging.
Interesting - I would never buy a rain jacket without pit zips, in warm weather they make a massive difference. Different preferences for different people, all good. The Vapur water bottles are great
Loved the frites and waffles in Belgium. While we were there we also took a chocolate making class, we’ve since bought all the supplies and continue to make chocolates at home.
The glasses are a cheap copy of Ray-Ban wayfarer, which I highly recommend. The rain jacket is a bit overpriced, cheaper substitute I recommend Mac in a Sac, as well small, good water resistance and less than $50. Nice idea with the headphones and airtag! I need to have a look at these items. Thanks for the great video 👌
Sea to Summit packable daypack is better because it's smaller and waterproof. It is more expensive. We bought one in the Seattle airport and love it. They are also at REI. To get fully waterproof don't buy the smallest size.
Great video, I'm putting things together for my trip to New Zealand this year and will be doing it Carry-on with a backpack and there's some really great suggestions in this video!
I have two Patagonia packable jackets like that. Not sure if they still make them. Also I have the Sea to Summit packable backpack. I take one of those jackets and the backpack on every trip.
Hello, thank you for all of your videos & I've bought several things I never thought of before. I do have 1 question... the Vapur looks great & I might get it. But, how is it with drying? My other bottles, I can dry upside down, etc. Before storing it, how long to dry fully?
only if you use apple (and I know many who have stopped using the phones because they don't last as long as other brands, becomes expensive at around a thousand euro a phone to replace) No matter how good airtags are they aren't worth forking out a thousand euro or more for the phone needed to accompany them especially when iPhones don't work with many other sites (music, video etc) meaning you have to fork out for apple sites as well.
I'm clueless on Air Tag operation. I get that it helps, for example, if you've misplaced your keys around the house....but if it has range limitations how am I going to locate my checked bag (e.g.) or automobile if the item is miles away?
I have a different Bluetooth transmitter, and I also use it in my car. I have an older car that doesn’t have an AUX port, so I use it to music on my phone.
Where can I find a travel adapter with a round shape. In Istanbul I had a square adapter that didn't fit in the round hole.... reminded me of a common problem in life.
Good clip. I prefer to reuse normal plastic bottles, it's more sanitary. I also prefer Smth like coteci 25w to the charger you recommend I use the osprey ultralight too and the airtags. I never got to use the tripod you recommend, but it's been on my wish list, it's a tad expensive for me. One item missing imo is the kablecard, very underrated, more people need to recommend it
I think they work off of Bluetooth range for any phone, does not have to be your own. So if you lose something in a forest where no one is walking around, you can’t locate it. But if you lose it in the city, where other people’s phones can detect your AirTag, then it works.
Hi, I need some info. If I get a voltage converter, do I plug the adapter into that? I have never travelled over to Europe, I’m going to Turkey in September. I know the voltage I need is 230 with an F plug. So once I plug that into the wall do I plug the adaptor into the converter? Sorry if it’s a stupid question I’m a newbie overseas traveller.
@@tai5295 Some countries use different voltages, e.g. US=110, EU=220-240, Japan=100... Many phone chargers support a wide range of voltages so they won't require a voltage converter. This adapter (and most others) only changes the shape of the physical connection to the wall plug.
He's talking about the outlets not the geopolitics 🫠 the UK and main land Europe use two different types which is why you would need a outlet converter
You’re trying so hard looking for something to be upset about and you just sound stupid. The adapters themselves differentiate EU vs UK. It’s obviously in relation to the outlets
I think what would be best for you and even better than Apple AirTag is getting the UV security tag that’s made by anchor. It’s beautiful and it has a longer battery life than Apple AirTag. also, it’s compatible with both android and iPhone.
Google just recently launched their Find Device tracker network, but they are letting 3rd parties like Pebblebee make the trackers rather than themselves. The tracking isn't amazing right now because Google is slowly rolling it out to additional android phones over the next coming months. Based on various regulatory leaks and rumors, Google has been ready to go on releasing their tracking network for over a year, but they had been waiting for Apple to implement an anti stalking system into iOS for it before pulling the trigger. They don't want a repeat of what happened with Airtags, where people were using them to stalk android users for the first few months, because Google wasn't given a heads up from Apple about airtags in advance.

How about an alternative to airtags which only work if you can afford the outrageously expensive Iphone in the first place (sorry, don't have upwards of a thousand euro just for a phone)

Since my metal hydroflask soaked the ceiling of the plane due to pressurization, I am definitely switching to a flexible bottle.
Can u please do a video on how to get those bluetooth adapters to work on airplanes with headphones? I have never been able to get one to work.
Very cool! Thank u!
Might check out that jacket
Hi! Does the SanDisk meet airline requirements?
AirTags are seriously underrated. ❤❤
Just used them on a trip. Well worth it
Dude, for real. I have one for every expensive piece of gear I own now. I love that I can get notifications when they move.

The Epicka adapter Type G UK has two round prongs instead of two rectangles. Can you confirm if these fit

Glad to see there is less use of stock video footage in your last two videos. Keep it up! 👍

Yes, Rick is the GOAT!
Yea I hate a floppy mess
Are the ait tags good only for apple products? If so, what works for an android product?
Samsung has a similar product called the Smarttag. The latest version is really good actually.
Tile brand worked for me on long flights. Android phone.
The water bottle is flimsy and broke after a few uses and doesn’t hold much water.
Some of us need sun goggles
The MEE is a transmitter, not a receiver.
Technically it receives the 3.5m input

On
But arent the air tags only good for up to 30 feet away?
People seem to think that. But no the ping of any iPhone so as long as they are near a iPhone they show location anywhere
I thought you were not allowed to use Bluetooth on aircraft … ?
Great video. Only USA uses ounces. Can you think global n convert to gram also pls
Just a friendly reminder that Apple's Find My network does not work in some countries like South Korea.
No decent working Android compatible Apple Airtags...?
Tile Pro is pretty good for Android - not as good unfortunately but it seems to be the best alternative.
