In your response to your question "Is it worth it?" I would consider two things to be key:
    1. Your health
    2. Your relationships
If this intense workload ever negatively affects either of those things, then I would not consider it worth the toll ❤

Very wise! TBH I think anytime I work outside the home these things are negatively effected in some ways…. I think that I struggle to juggle and am better at doing just one thing well🫠

As a sole parent working full time n with 2 kids (their dad passed away 8 yrs ago) the main thing you beee to let yourself do is take the easier path sometimes - if this means budgeting for more food so you can get stuff the kids can easily cook a meal a week each (and there’s an option for earning a little more of their pocket money) or even getting takeaways once in awhile. Just being ok with not everything running perfectly and concentrating on the fact you are moving towards the bigger goal :)

You are amazing @Thriftyros :-) I think you're right, its just saying to myself I can't make it all perfect (as if I ever could!). That is a great solution to the pocket money (them) and wanting to offload some work (me) problem. If they each had a turn cooking dinner one night a week that would be super helpful! Even just wraps one night and mac n cheese another night just to make life easier. Thanks so much for taking time to share :-) x

Keep smiling - this too shall pass. By next week you will have forgotten all about it I am sure. We all have last egg on the floor days but the more you rush - the worse things get. Hope you got that early night and the weekend will soon be along and hopefully you can take a breather. Best wishes from UK.

Thanks for taking time to write- you are so right, some days it does seem that no matter what happens it all goes pear shaped, but a new day is only a sleep away and then there is a chance for it all to turn around :-). I did get that early night- had to leave things undone but I thought I'd cry if I didn't get to bed early and get a good nights sleep- feeling good now though :-)

Ah man, your schedule sounds way too hectic! And you feel like you feel cause you are just in go mode all the time. You need some down time or relax time, I know for me if I dont take time for myself eventually the bomb will just go off and that's not where you want to be. Try and make some time for yourself or do a bit less hours or something, just so you can gather yourself again. Good luck for the following weeks.🌻

Thanks for that- yes it's mad atm- I am an all or nothing kind of person but this is a bit ridiculous- another month and a bit and it will all calm down. Yes I did have a little moment where I thought I might cry last week as one thing piled on top of another but I have taken this entire weekend to be by myself and write my next 2 assignments (well drafts anyway) and so I feel like that is more manageable now. I made myself not look at youtube until I had finished, so reading the comments is my reward now- hehe

Im not sure i ever have all my ducks on a row but rather , just get it done by the seat of my pants. Haha. I hope you get some quality rest and yes, good food is very important. Thank you for sharing lovely ❤❤

Hey, nice to hear from you. Well, I haven't actually finished a challenge this year, but I'm planning on putting the money aside and saving it until the end of the year for a count up and then decide if I use it to pre-fill some of my binders for the year ahead, buy a treat or use it for a holiday.... I'm undecided as yet...... Are you well?

@@nzmoneykarma yes , I'm well thank you 🥰 My challenge pocket atm has any leftover money from food shopping or when someone gives me coins for some small thing , I'm saving it for an end of year big shop of all the family's treat foods. I think . Lol. Have a beautiful day ❤️
