Hey guys in this video I am going to make a conductive plastic sheet which you can use as a conducting material in many of your projects.
In this video I will be making a conductive plastic by dissolving styrofoam in acetone and then adding graphite powder to make it conductive.
it's not a chemical process it is the physical process so we are not going to change the internal structure of plastic or styrofoam.

I like your method. How did you make the square graphite tile hard? Did you have to put the graphite putty in the oven (what temperature) , or did you just leave it to dry outside? Thanks again
Just leave it to dry for at least 4 days

Does the mixture dry harden itself or does Stay soft and flexible. How was the plate made? Just allowing it to dry or some other process to harden the mixture?
It hardens itself leave it for 4,5 days

Acetone is of lab grade and Styrofoam is from a fridge box
