I adore these stay at home/slice of life vlogs of yours. It feels like we’re hanging out. I recently started reading a new Sontag biography. Maybe it was the Nunez. I didn’t finish it because it was from the library but fascinating.
always a joy to hang out! 😊 and ooh! i should pick up more biographies! i feel like i always end up doomed to wikipedia page about someone's life instead of a book with the bigger details, the bigger picture. need to get to it!

freaking HYPED you finished lifeform & loved it. def makes me so happy to pick it up one it’s out. i am also so bad at getting rid of clothes!! i’ve been trying and failing to do a closet clean out for the last couple of weeks. but i really need to. also fully one hundred percent relate to tryna to be more mindful about pieces im picking up!! and wanting to LOVE them. you def keep me motivated to keep tryna to do that whenever im think about buying something 💌

reborn and the nunez memoir are actually the only stuff from/about sontag that i’ve read so far!! i absolutely loved reborn and enjoyed the memoir - i don’t think you need to read sontag to enjoy the nunez. i am dying at the blurred noodles 😭 this came at such a perfect time because i’ve been rotting in bed all weekend!!
ahh good to know about the memoir! happy to get to it after i try out at least ONE Sontag 😭 and girl, rest! have that great slumber before proper fall!!!

I didn't realize having cake for dinner consituted to having a bad diet. 😅😅 In some form, we are all just the same person, eating cake for dinner and wanting to eat more veggies at the same time. Lol. I guess there is something to say about the fact that we still have ambitions to have a better lifestyle.
-I have yapped about Lispector so much, that I think I have had no fewer than like 25 people read her novels ( I did convince my book club to read a breath of life and that discord was popping) -Just finished Near to the Wild Heart two days ago and damn... I need to just do it and write -
ahhh!! so good to hear that so many people enjoyed A Breath of Life!!! that makes me so happy to hear! and YES! to see mysticism so early on in Lispector's life is proof that the interior life mattered so much to her from the get-go
I like the cure too especially that song Friday or whatever it’s called. there’s a beach near here but for a bunch of reasons I haven’t been there in a long long time despite the fact I loved going there as a kid. Have to put going there one last time on my bucket list along with making a Skype call to someone (a real one not a simulation). And thanks for just talking about your morning poop and not actually showing it. Is that even allowed on YT? Think not. Be well.⚛️❤
