I’m so excited I came across your channel. As someone who tracks fitness, macros, goals. You’re the first person I’ve seen who likes planners and macros! You are like a gold mine.🎉😂❤
27:47 line graph of sleep in hours or Quality of sleep. Bar chart of pain level. Blood sugar if you are diabetic or track that for other reasons. Just a few ideas.
Recipes is a great one too! Especially since I’m trying to add more high protein meals, that will definitely help me keep track of the things I try and love. Your ideas are great! Thank you so much ☺️
Since social connection is such an integral part of wellbeing, I track times with friends and family and social events. Once a week I also track weight, BMI (my goal is 22), blood pressure (I have an inflatable cuff style monitor), and oxygen level. Among the supplements I take to strengthen my immune system, I take Elderberry capsules for respiratory function. I also record medical and dental appointments and test results. Even things like massages and pedicures. I no longer track meals since I have been eating plant exclusive meals for nearly five years. Fruit, vegetables, pulses, starches like potatoes, grains, rice, and beans, nuts, seeds, and limiting SOS, sugar, oil, and salt. Meals are simple and cost effective. And best of all, health promoting. This way of eating does require a B12 supplement. Thank you for good ideas on tracking workouts. Radio Taizo has some quick and easy stretches to maintain flexibility. Balance is essential for fall prevention. Other good stretches are the Sandburg Stretches. Hope your New Year is happy and healthy, Kim.
Tracking social connection is such a great idea! I definitely consider that part of my own self care, too. You gave me some great ideas of other things I can track on this weekly spread, especially massages. I really want to incorporate regular massages into my overall health routine this year. Thanks for the suggestions and thank you so much for watching!
and now you made me buy a Papertess since she has a new release of these....Girl.......my husband is going to keep me from watching your videos LOL! I bought sterling ink VDS and now papertess......keep it going!
I love how you formatted the the part on the top right!
Thanks! I love that it’s structured but still allows me to change up what I’m tracking, if needed.

Quality of sleep is genius! I’m going to figure out how to incorporate that in the chart, as well. Thank you!
Use the extra note pages for recipes you love and to try out.
