I have tried a habit tracker, but I wasn't successful in tracking. I have a list of positive affirmations and quotes to write in the white areas of my planner. I also write positive affirmations on my bathroom mirror in dry erase markers. So while getting ready for the day & washing my hands, I read them multiple times daily.
The mirror affirmation is such a wonderful idea 💡 That is for sure a great way to remind ourselves how good we are and to look for positive things in live. Thank you Vickie for sharing this great tip 😊
