*Ingredients:*
1. 3 slices of bread cut into rectangles
2. 3 tablespoons of ghee or oil
3. 4-5 tablespoons of sugar
4. 2 cardamom pods, smashed
5. 3/4 glass of milk
*Instructions:*
1. In a pan on medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of ghee. Once heated, add the cut pieces of bread and fry until dark brown and crispy. Set aside.
2. In another pan, add the milk. Once it starts boiling, add the smashed cardamom pods and 4-5 tablespoons of sugar. Boil until the mixture thickens.
3. Now add the fried bread pieces to the milk mixture and soak them for less than a minute, then take them out so they remain crispy and sweet.
