Found a Rosie a Mercury and a set of sterling Delta airlines wings from the 50s today. Thought I had a good day. Got a barber and a walker but the Franklin eludes me ... Nice find. Seated anything is an awesome find too.
Great Hunt there. Congrats on your first Benjamin Half Dollar. Those are hard to find. I found my first years ago in a yard. My second one 1951 2 years ago in the hills. There a great find. Congrats on the 1877 Seated Quarter. Love the old Relics with Pat. Dates on them. Very Beautiful Bennington Marble and Blue Marble. Always a bonus find. The Copper you found very cool. Congrats on all your finds. Take Care
Great video, my first half dollar find was 30 years ago and it was a 1957 Ben Franklin half. Great find man, I know I always say it, but I look forward to your videos. You do great commentary and awesome camera work.
You should come up to Western Massachusetts! I grew up in a very small town where it is known that General Knox and his men camped out and traveled through!!! Anytime you want to come up and dig you let me know!!!!!
Much appreciated, Ann! I might just take you up on that offer. I've only detected once in the northeast. So much history there! Do you own the land where I could detect?
@@IDigHistory so I don’t but my 82 year old Mother still lives there and I know she would not mind at all! I also have many friends that own homes on the road they Named “General Knox” because of him and his troops going through there! There is so much history there it is unbelievable!! I live in Northern CT and down near the River where I live people find items a lot as well! It is definitely loaded in areas around here!
Great job. That French coin was unusual. Any ideas on how it ended up there . . . a war relic from the War of Independence? That round lamp piece looks like a bearing race to tighten down the fork of a bicycle where it attaches at the head tube.
Does your coin guy have a Facebook page? We’re always finding weirdo coppers here in New England it takes us days to ID, the last 2 were a British Charles ll Hibernia ( 1680’s) and a Irish James ll also 1680’s both were very tough to ID. Nice hunt, seated quarter is a tough dig, so is the Franklin , I’ve never dug one. Great work
Great finds Jason ,l love the silver.

Rusty iron besides the quarter
That almost looked like a Chinese coin not a washer
I thought the same at first, I doubled checked it.
