i just got raiden c2 today, at 31 pulls (tho i was planning to pulled for sara and saved up for nahida lol) i hope they separate the weapon banner like hsr when there's triple banner in the future, so i can pull for engulfing
The thing that boggles me about C2 Raiden with The Catch is it is like similar to a person who buys an expensive supercar but lives in a ragged hut. Engulfing Lightning makes her look expensive and aesthetically appealing. In fact every characters' signature weapons make them look more expensive than their constellations. That's why no matter how overpowered a constellation is, I always aim first for the weapon.
Bruh wtf. Who cares what character looks like with a certain weapon?? Im building Raiden to be strong, not "aesthetically pleasing" lmao Also not all signatures look good on the character, like Kazuha, Ayaka etc

Plus most of the genshin players’ definition of “strong” in Genshin is mostly about DPS(damage per second but many prefer damage per screenshot). There are literally lots of other characters at C0 that has stronger DPS than Raiden C2. So I say I’d rather use my primogems making my Raiden beautiful with “mid” damage rather than investing in her constellations just to pathetically equalize her damage with the other insane C0 DPS.

My raidne burst at c2 R5 catch does 600-700k im thinking on c3 raiden not sure ny raiden has 1800 atk 56 crit rate 184 crit dmg and 284 ER 4 piece emblem u usually run with sara, cheverous and bennet best team in my opinion

Not at all. It's better to use C6 Sara with Raiden instead of Mona. And that 511 was just the initial slash. She can do at least half as much of that for the duration of her burst which is insane for just a c2 character without the signature.

engulfin lightning is a weapon also for xiangling and who put raiden in bloom team when we have kuki shinobu...people pull raiden to have that beautiful burst animation not to just use a skill...and genshin is easy we should pull about the fun and asthetic not for useless numbers when we can only use 4 stars and still 36 the abyss.
nah at that point just play standard hyperbloom it clears faster... the point is if you want to play raiden hyper then what to choose? ofc all characters can be used in hyperbloom team because the hyperbloom core is 3 units.

btw, guarantee c0r1 is 420 (180+240) while c2 and the catch is 450 pull, you get better dmg with just 30 pulls different

c1 raiden dont increase her personal damage. but c1 take you to position to one step closer to c2. so...

It varies a lot. For some, the catch may even be better with their build, but for me, the difference is closer to around 20-30%.
