The case of my brother since he is in country he cannot find a the country he cannot find a lawyer it has been about 8 months if I remember they want help
This happened to me when my husband refused to show up because he had travelled to his home country after he has abused by pushing me down some apartment back steps and I had stitches to head. I wrote a letter and got a lawyer immediately.. my husband refused to show up for the quarterly interviews and I was put into removal. He came back ignoring the issues then refused to divorce. I had investigators from NY who came looking for him because he was stalking 1 lady who felt threatened. With my fears of all the abuse I got therapy and fled to new home. He refused to divorce but I got divorced at last after 10yrs and hard a very hard time because he wanted me to work and put up. I have requested and acquired mcbean law services… hoping that I can be FREE at last
Exactly what happened with me 12 years ago. My husband did not show up with me at first and second interviews by reason that he was out of the USA. First time he said he just came to that country to work by agreement. A second time he got a sick with high blood pressure in emergency. Later i figured out that he had another lady and left the USA for her. USCIS denied my case of course. Later i did divorce with him. Now i am out of status illegal.
Good day I have a question, how can I extend my work visa? My time is not yet over however I would like to work a little more. Thanks am awaiting your response.
