2 or 3 weeks ago I decided to start practicing sit to stands will my coffe cup was filling in my Kuerig type coffee maker. I am amazed at how much better/stronger my legs feel. Even easier to get up off the floor ... which I've also been practicing!
    Thanks for the video.

Thanks for all the helpful tips, Will. Seniors can benefit a lot from them with all the challenges they are faced with everyday just on how to do things to avoid accidents. A single fall can be disastrous. I particularly appreciate your tips on strengthening the legs since our legs are very important in our day-to-day movements. I’m in my 80s and I pray I’ll never need a cane or a wheelchair to get around. You’re making our lives easier to traverse. God bless you!

At the sweet age of 69 I sit on the bottom steps of our staircase. Using either the bottom stair, or the second from the bottom. Probably the next level up as there's risk of knee strain. This avoided by keeping the back straight, head up and hips forward. The point I am really making is that with care, knowledge and giving it a go older people are very capable!

I am 75 and recently had a spell of ill health. Making my leg strength deplete, this was further complicated by low vit d3 readings. I was very weak even after vit d3 treatment. So your videos have been so important to regaining strength and confidence safely and properly. Thank you so much.😊

Love your videos. One difficulty I find when standing up from a chair has to do with arthritis and very tight & stiff muscles. I rock forward and make it to standing….and then can’t straighten up all the way for a few seconds. The act of tightening the butt muscles and the anterior thigh muscles in order to stand up straight ends up pulling on my back and knees. I guess what I’m saying is: stand up….and then take the time to fully straighten up…before taking that first step!

Great that not too much is covered in one video, so that it gets remembered. Is there any chance, please, of an opportunity to learn how to get up and down from the floor safely?! ( Ideally, how to get in and out of a bath once more🥴🤔)

You know what it is. I did it, I did all the excercises daily. And than I improved a little bit. And three days later I had to start all over again. My body loses in one night everything I've build in the days before. I eat more proteïnes, vitamines, Magnesium. And now I give up fighting against the process that's called life. If it's God's will that I stop walking, moving or improving, I stay in my bed. Before I fall down from the stairs.
