*How to make:Pasteis de Nata(Egg Tart)

  • Introducing the simple Portuguese pastry Pastel de nata (egg tart).
    The combination of the gentle sweetness of the melty custard and the texture of the crispy pie crust
    It's so delicious that you can eat as many as you like.
    It's very easy to do, so please try it.
    ■ Material (Custard type)
    ・ Johakuto 40g
    ・ Weak flour 5g
    ・ Milk 80g
    ・ Fresh cream 40% 80g
    ・ Egg yolk 50g
    ■ How to make (custard)
    ① Mix white sugar and cake flour.
    ② Put ① in a pan, pour milk and mix with a whipper.
    ③ Heat to thicken. When it becomes thick and fluffy, turn off the heat.
    ④ Put fresh cream in ③ and mix.
    ⑤ Add egg yolk and mix.
    ⑥ Pass through the net and cool in the refrigerator.
    ■ Pie dough molding and custard seed filling
    ① Cut the commercially available frozen pie dough into 8 equal parts.
    ② Extend it to about 10 cm x 10 cm.
    ③ After extending it, lay it in a mold.
    ④ Fill the chilled custard seeds into a mold with pie crust.
    ■ Oven
    250 ℃ / around 25 minutes * Slightly different depending on the manufacturer.
    After preheating at 250 ° C for about 15 minutes, put it in the oven.

      ごめんなさい_(._.)_ やったことがないので・・・今度やってみます。
       ↓
      1000W~1200Wのトースターに入れ、表面にうっすら色が付いたらアルミホイルを被せ10分~15分?くらい焼いた後、アルミホイルを外し好みの色まで焼く感じでどうでしょうか? 私も今度やってみます。
