You can make it stay at max rpm smoothly, you can make it like the one you mentioned with a slower up down cycle and you can do a popcorn style with super fast cycles. It’s all down to how the fuel cuts are made, like how many rpm’s are between cuts and so forth. That one sounded like a Subaru until it took off lol. Almost Honda vtec-like intake sound.
