As a fresh owner of a maxxecu (as my first standalone) this is really nice, good explenations of all the things i don't know how the different settings affect the driving experience etc. For me the RPM limit explenation was really usefull, and i will probably go back and rewatch it later, since i have a supercharged driftcar that has been prone to throw belts if i bounce of the limiter, as driftcars often do. (some other steps are being taken to help with that, but making sure the limiter is smooth seems like a good idea too)
I'm about to install my MaxxECU into my turbo E46. Seems to be pretty straight forward after taking your tuning course. I want to use all the sensors so I don't have to think about all the safeties while I'm driving.
Shocking how high quality HPA content is (Atleast wrt the free content on TH-cam). I remember coming across HPA ads on social media and thinking you guys are just another run-of-the-mill site that sells undercooked courses/runs a bunch of scam giveaway campaigns to get people to sign up for mailing lists, but from what I've actually seen on this channel, its far from that. Full credit to Rob Dahm for putting me on!
Full disclosure, we absolutely do add you to a mailing list when you enter a giveaway, but the giveaways are legitimate and you can unsub with 1 click as soon as you enter if you don't want to hear from us 😂 More importantly, thanks heaps for taking the time to comment this mate, I'll make sure the team here sees it. We're just normal people who love cars too 😊 - Taz.
Thank you Andre all the way from Antigua. Very informative. Would you be so kind to do a video on TC with the maxxecu with a bias towards a FWD drag application. Bless
With fuel rpm cut, what happens to the fuel wetted out on the cylinder head wall, does that make its way into the engine or does it stay wetted on the walls, waiting for the injectors to add more?
Only if you have a specific reason to. Ultimately no matter what you get there is always something 'better' that you could have instead, but if what you have is doing what you need, put the money into something that is falling short instead 😎 - Taz.

On my third Maxxecu now, an absolute dream to work with. Simple yet very in depth in terms of functionality
MaxxECU is one of the best

Great video Andre. I've just installed a Maxx, great features and very user friendly. Cheers
Can we get more from MaxxECU stuff? Like E-Throttle PID and FeedForward? How to set them properly?

maxxecu is the bees knees. my daily driver runs a maxxecu street on a turbo i5. 40k miles in the last year and a half issue free
Use case for user cut would be fuel pressure. Its saved me twice on my car already whilst still using the standard fuel tank. Now gone custom tank.

You can manipulate the settings for that. On a previous project years ago i had some minor issues relating to what you asked
Time to sell my motiv Reflex+?
