I always thought this was one of the best sketches they came up with and a TON of big names signed right on.

I've been watching What's Up With That sketches for hours now and I can't get enough of it, it's the funniest thing ever 🤣
Oh my gosh, an all time favorite recurring skits, a perfect blend of nonsense and silliness. And while Sudeikis' track-suited dancing machine and the gleam in Kenan Thompson's talk show host's eyes as the band's music starts low before exploding into a frenzied song and dance on the stage, the biggest and best cherry on top are the guests they get, many times two real stars that are not already there hosting SNL and a third talk-show guest that's usually a Hader impersonation. And the theme song gets stuck in a loop in my head for two days whenever I see an episode.

Never realized how awesome the funk guitar player is on this song. Seriously, people often underestimate the importance of a good rhythm guitar player, but it makes all the difference especially with funk music.
