Quick note. When you spend 1 force to not use your Shatterpoint card you draw the next card on the stack and then shuffle the Shatterpoint card back into the order deck.

Happy to see you jumping on the shatterpoint train. Looks like a fun game for many people. Many friends of my wargaming group are liking this game so far. And they all play the popular games like warhammer, infinity, kill team etc.

This is definetly the best way to star in Star Wars WarGaming. The struggle and momentum is just a creative and nice way to create the right feel of rythm and progress while playing, and also the objectives gives you a lot of options of play. I love LEgion, but for me it is hard to find people to play with, but Shatter point was a game that even my wife (She does not like Legion :( ) liked.
Great video as always. I learned that I was using the struggle tracker wrong. But as a side note, there is no scoring on the 1st activation.
Good vid glad to see Shatterpoint being covered. One thing that scored a point with Asoka turn one but the turn one player can captured objectives but not score then. Great job though 👏👍
Great video. Straight forward and to the point. I always found that sound effects, when flipping tokens, add to the immersion of the game.

I like how much of a priority that objectives are over math attacks in dice pools. Makes you have to strategize and juggle options according to your situation. Neat-o.

Only thing I find really awkward with combat is why the 'personal effects' and whatever the other damage, etc effects are called aren't just colour-coded or separated in ANY way. Reading the rulebook and trying to get combat right the first time is super awkward to have to remember that you go 1-by-1, square by square, but you have to remember "ok so 2 damage...but a shove...later..next...1 more damage, and a jump..ok" there's tokens for the damage to make the damage pool but nothing to remember # of shoves, jumps, etc but you have to wait till the end to do all of them.
Just somewhat finnicky imo and not as straight forward as if they had made immediate things like damage be red, and later on things be..blue or orange.

Maybe to make the defense surges that downgrade hits to fails or crits to fails easy to read
Because certain enemy abilities will trigger off failures rolled, such as Asajj’s Riposte, and it’s easier to show the fail symbol the write “one or more dice that rolled a blank”.
This game looks pretty fun and the new Star Wars trading card magic like game. Can’t wait to play both!

cool, The skirmish style looks fun, kind of sad is not compatibel with legion. I just got the legion core set to get into the hobby.
