      She AND he testified that when he was using that he would pass out or "nod off". SHE also testified that he was abusive during that time. She can't pick a narrative. I am on Klonopin and when my anxiety is at an all time high, I have to take more (as approved by my psychiatrist). It makes me tired, not combative, not violent. There's audio where she would tell him he needed another Xanax when he didn't agree with him. I have no doubt that she would drug him and then take photos.

    This case is huge for all of us men out there, who have been falsely accused of verbal abuse and mental abuse, and it being treated the same as kicking a woman's ass while in a relationship. Alcohol abuse by today's standards is having ONE beer every day for seven days a week, so what does that tell you about our system of diagnosis? My ex wife tried to paint the lie that I physically "Controlled the money", and "Physically abused her" with friends of mine that I'd known for decades, when we had only been married for three years. When she left GA, and went back to CA, and tried to push that story, they IMMEDIATELY called me! I told them the situation, and they straight away challenged her on her allegations. My ex's lies began to fall apart, and she had to disappear from the circle of friends I introduced her to, because she "Crossed the line".
    Fast forward five years later, my ex contacted me to say she was sorry for doing the things that she did and said what she said about me. Her life of living the "Balling" lifestyle was over, and she seen the error in her ways. She's MISERABLE now, and has been ever since.
    Ladies, DON'T DO IT!

      @@shelbydaugherty1404 If mental abuse is communicating with your wife, and telling her that we need to stop partying all the time and build our future, than I'm guilty. Just telling people I mentally abused her, without giving the example in detail, but just leaving those she told to imagine what she meant, makes them think the worst. As for the physical abuse, she considered that maintaining the finances, so that we didn't party the residual money away after all the bills were paid. Make it make sense.

      @chrisgreen177 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shelbydaugherty1404 There's no problem. What I was saying is that, I never ever cussed my ex out, I never used foul language in front of her daughter, (my step daughter), I never mentally or emotionally abused her ever. When she used such vague and trigger words in attempt to sway my friends (both male and female), she left them to think the worst, and called me personally to tell me, those were the accusations she was spreading about me, when she left GA and returned to CA.
      She fed that little girl lies about me, the same as she fed me about the child's biological father while we were dating. All turned out to be lies. After my step daughter turned 18, she challenged her mom on the lies, and she came clean.
      Next thing I know, my step daughter is calling me to apologize for thinking those things about me when they were against everything her experience with me as her dad were.

      This trial is SUPPOSED to be about Johnny proving, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Heard’s op-ed defamed him to the tune of $50 Million dollars. So far, his former talent agent has testified that he lost the role in POC weeks before Heard’s essay was published. Depp has billions of supporters online, a net worth of $150 million, and a new film at Cannes. I don't know how he is proving defamation of character. I see a sick man who, by his own admission, battled with a severe drug addiction and wrote TERRIBLE things that would make a trailer park junkie blush. In fact, if this whole scandal took place in a trailer park, nobody would blink. They would call this typical "white trash" behavior; they certainly wouldn't be calling Johnny from Kentucky a "hero", as I have read in WAY too many comments.

    • @sweetpeakim6835

      The thing to keep in mind is he has Always had a drug problem.
      So in all the decades he has never hit any woman. He is like 60 right? Now drugs which his body is use to is now making him an abusive person? And all of sudden his abusive behavior DISAPPEARS after his divorce despite still being on drugs? Keep in mind he was in that marriage for a little over one year vs the decade or more he married to another woman who described him as shy and not abusive.

      I think it is an important discussion. For so long the headlines have highlighted women as victims of domestic violence whether that be verbal, mental or physical as shocking as any type of abuse is whereas this legal action does raise the question of men at the hands of a woman also being victims of domestic violence. There is great courage in bringing this private and personal material into the public arena. Being human is in itself quite a challenge in this chaotic world.

    it has been proven amber has plotted against johnny and did things to try to make him hit her so it would play into her bizarre plan. Even down to admitting she didnt want him to leave during a argument and would get physical if he tried. I saw the picture of her when he allegedly broke her nose, split her lip and blackened her eye. I have had a split lip and I had to get stitches, the lip was swollen etc and I have a scar due to that her lip is untouched in those photos. Her nose doesn't look broken in the photo there is no swelling in fact all anyone can see is a red mark on her cheek bone that was proven to be edited in some photo editing app. Johnnys security took pictures of him with swollen cheek bones, bruises, and scratches that were proven to not be edited. They have voice clips that johnny recorded since their marriage counselor told them to do that for therapy and she admits to hitting him, call him a baby and says he is fine due to the fact that he's gotten into fights before and he can take it. Pay attention to her expressions and body language as soon as her lawyer started in on johnny she's had a completely different expression, when johnnys lawyer was up there she looked like she was going to cry at all times it was a weird look now she just looks like she is more glad and look how johnny is being treated. He was trying to get better from substance abuse and she wasn't willing to be there for him properly. Destroying a room is not the same thing as abusing someone. She also said he raped her and stole her personal assistants story, who was also questioned disrespectfully and in a way that was basically him trying to make her answer him in a way that benefitted amber. Shame on Amber for doing the things she has done.

Plus seemed to clearly put his addiction way ahead of her which is almost always terrible for your partner which seems to have the normal signs here, the lying, the absence, the selfishness. I just don't see where all these comments are coming from about what a great guy he is.

      Right! Her trying to say she didn’t do drugs especially cocaine was a laughable joke! She was so thin when she was with him that it’s obvious she was doing drugs.

    He’s cool with me, but definitely was a raging, spoiled, drug addict alcoholic. That crap about numbing childhood pain is the oldest, most tired-ass addict excuse in the book. This case is just a massive airing out of dirty laundry. I bet he doesn’t win a penny.

    In response to allegations of abuse, images of injuries sustained, audio confirming that abuse, witnesses confirming that abuse and we're seeing emails and texts in response.
