I am doing everything what you told us here. But however there is not opening the right side on screen after selected form bulider for sheets from the add-on dropdown menu. Opening such like a pop-up windows on the right side, but nothing appears in it. That's why i can not select anything about the which column question which column correct answer. I need to convert or upload from xls to google forms. Would you kindly help me where is my mistake ?
opening a pop-up and yet nothing appearing in it, sounds more like a network issue to me. Pl ensure that you have a strong internet before proceeding. Hope that helps.
@@smitharenny3892 actually net bandwidth and connection strong is enough, but i think that xls file is too complicated to convert for forms. Because of it contains macros. What You think?
Since we can't fix images to cells as content of the cell, this method won't support adding images to forms from Excel/G. Sheets. You may have to go individually to each question in order to add an image.

I have existing sheet which contains some point and I will check it and update it on daily basis so I will have date column and by using Google form i will update my sheet on daily basis and data will be fillup in date column daily .So pls guide ..

That's because now Google has reduced the number of questions that you can freely convert from Excel to Google forms. Earlier you could convert 80 questions in a month freely, now you can convert only 50 questions in a month in the free version. However, with a paid subscription, you can convert more questions. Hope this was helpful to you. 🙏
They do come... I've demonstrated that to you. In case you're not getting, there must be something amiss. Do share the complete issue and maybe I'll be able to help you.

But they are not selected as multiple choice despite making an extra column. And nor do the multiple options get registered along with the correct ones. So only the questions get transferred. I tried multiple times, checking- rechecking. Not working out for me :( would have been such a time saver
@@ahanasharma4784 you need to have an extra column which contains the correct option... Not the option number. Maybe that's where is going wrong. Eg. If Trump is the correct answer, ensure that your answer column has the word Trump not the column number or chronology. Also ensure the correct answer you've mentioned is the same text as mentioned in the options(spellings, case etc) I have made several qps in the same manner. I'm sure you will be able to too!

Unfortunately Sreelatha, that won't happen. You'll have to redo them process every time you update the Excel sheet :)

@@RachelPun it's a tansfer that happens with the data available at that moment. So any future changes will not automatically move to the form.

When you come to the section on Select pattern, opt for Q&As
Then in the sub-section, Type at column, specify your question type...
Q type and Required columns are not at all required, while using Form Builder it provides options for Required / Not Required and Types

How to create several question papers on Google Forms from a Question bank?
For every question paper that you want to create, select the specific questions while creating the Google form. Hope this helps
