If there were a demand for more rental rooms in the area, renovating a portion of the barn could provide them, but that would require a significant investment. The price seems reasonable for what this place is and could be.
This is a nice looking detached house with an awesome downstairs and upstairs as well as a nice yard and outside buildings, everything is very beautiful in this area have a great week and Thank You Suzanne.☕👋🇨🇵
Nice home or B&B, There is plenty of room and really nice for a family. Can see that the children would love the upstairs and having their own bathrooms with showers included. The parents would be downstairs perhaps and they maybe would have older children up? Lovely land, and many thins could be done with the extra buildings as well. The garage is really not in bad condition and much can be dne with this too! Everyone puts their own thought into it and then will decorate it a little differently to suit them, of course. So it will look differently depending who lives in it, and the furnishings and drapes, lightings, and how they want to have it appear, to people upon first glance!. What an impact they are making for themselves and others. Also , depends on financial ability of course! Think it looks like it woud cost buyer at this point, around $180 plus thousand! Not really too bad at all for what you get. But wold want to even take more money or in for the loan, for furnishings and lightings and drapes and maybe other things needed in kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms to make it as you want it and perhap painting it if wanting it a bit different too. It all would be in hands of new owners to decide. This could make a very cute and stunning, little home!
