I know it's a long time since you did this video, but I very much appreciate it and since I always like to recycle and love older Nissan, this one is perfect for my inevitable gearbox failure of my 90 Pulsar GA16DE N14, maybe this gearbox isn't exactly the same, but it's everything I needed, especially when I wasn't planning on rebuilding it to begin with and wasn't careful with the initial autopsy, its had so much damage and couldn't even hold oil, but I fix casing damage, but I didn't know which detent spring position was correct, but you showed me very good photography that I was able to clearly see the thin spring goes in the upper hole and the strong one is with the ball, excellent job once again, I also love your motorcycle engine rebuild, thank you awesomely again and kind regards Simon at Rotoma New Zealand 🇳🇿

Hi guys. I need some advice. I replaced my clutch master cylinder kit a month ago. New clutch & pressure plate in April this year. Today I took off up a hill 1st gear, got onto flat road, can't get 2nd gear. Switched t van off. Tried adjusting pin by clutch pedal, bleeded t master & slave cylinder. Van goes into gear, but won't slow down when clutch is pressed down. I put a new master & slave cylinder. Bleeded! Van is only selecting 1 - 3 - 5 Not selecting 2 - 4 - R What could be the reason for not selecting 2 - 4 - R?

Why did you not tear down the shafts to inspect the synchroniser rings, as well as the bearings/bushings under the gears?
They never fail and last forever on these Nissan transmissions.

There might be problem with shifter and the selector in the gearbox,not the clutch.because the gear shifts front, not back.

Can you restore 4dr5 or 4dr6 engine and gearbox ......
