Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era will always have a special place in my heart and soul, these are the most unique Naruto games for me, only Storm 1 was coming close to these Masterpiece Naruto games, especially from gameplay perspective, I don't know why, but for me, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era, are so nostalgic, unique and divine at the same time, I have so many memories during my childhood by playing these Unique Naruto games, Naruto games from PS2 Era was always very close to the anime itself because of the unique vibe and charm☯️

Even with some problem here and there(ex. over stretching of content/mission in adventure mode and character balance), PS2 era naruto are undoubtedly the best naruto games in terms of what arcade fighting game should look and feels like.

I really wish they add the button input commands during the ultimates like in storm 1. Or how awakened characters had their own ultimates (example: chakra cloak naruto.) Or how the ultimate jutsu was a decent length when executed. I loved how the ultimates looked visually and it sucks that they shortened them in the current titles. That's one of the few things got me into the games since the original ps2 titles. Hopefully we see these or other features return in a future title. :D

Storm 1 was alright, but it had a few problems. No zabuza and haku, no single battle(which means you're always having to pick supporters), no online battle, no training and other modes, and lack of cutscenes(not explaining the story well).
Storm1 had Zabuza and Haku. No singles, not serious. No online, there wasn't a need for it. Get friends. Not being mean If that came off as. And what do you mean by no game modes.

Storm 1 is really good, better than the newer ones. If only they improved on that, the newer storm games are a step down. Started with Clash of Ninja on the Gamecube, my first Naruto game and which got me into the show many years ago. I have almost all Naruto games available in the U.S. and one GNT3 copy. Naruto, best anime and best anime fighting games ever. The detail in both is truly amazing and full of OG nerd lore. Ninja Destiny, Kizuna Drive and Heroes 3 suck. Heroes 3 secret techniques were nice, though.

The PSP Naruto games are among the good along the lines of the Hero Series. Playstation 2 Naruto games beats the Storm series for what? well the fludity, and the realism with the jutsu's. I don't like the art style of the Storm series. I rather have the Naruto games go back to 2D like how Mortal Kombat 9 did. Ever since moving to 3D the game fell to the bottom of the pit for me. I didn't have the same feel when it was 2D, the story felt lazy in the Storm games. Storm 1, 2 did a decent job, but the jutsu's didn't have that dramatic effects when you land a jutsu, or ultimate. I don't like the ultimates in the Storm games. Landing Orochimaru jutsu's were so amazing, and now so boring in the Storm games. Having Next Gen graphics with 2D is what I dream for the future of the Naruto video game series.
I've played every single one of these games..... O.O Well, except the PS1 game, no one even knew that game existed so it's okay, but I've literally played all the PS2 (Including Uzumaki Chronicles 1 & 2, the Japanese UC1 was a lot cooler than the American UC1 though), PSP (Kizuna Drive was hard as hell), and PS3 ones.... I reallllllyyy need to get a life, but all these games were fun and awesome as hell. With each game, it only gets better, except for Gen., the only terrible thing about Gen. was the crappy story, but everything else was good. I don't know why people complain about the Storm series though, like if the Xbox 360 games were so great, why didn't they just continue those instead of making Storm 2 multi-platform?
Used to play ultimate ninja 2 so much. Was so fun playing with my brother. I had 1 but it was too hard for me lol. Then I even got ultimate ninja 3 but then returned it after like a week. Really liked that one too. Also have and still play sometimes storm 4. I even had 2 DS games and had Uzamaki Chronicles 2 and beat it. It was a great story.
Generations had the 2nd worst story mode of all the storm games the reason I recommend revolution is because the game is more updated and fun than the other storm games generations and under are too old nobody online and isn't worth what you buy it for and you have the chance to fight so many youtubers if you play the newer games storm 3 still has people playing online but it is much more broken than revolution

The ultimate ninja games actually released roughly 2 years early than they were released here. The true release date for Ultimate Ninja was 03 and then 04 for UN2 and then 05 for UN3 and then UN4 and 5 were released in the same year

Used to play ultimate ninja 2 so much. Was so fun playing with my brother. I had 1 but it was too hard for me lol. Then I even got ultimate ninja 3 but then returned it after like a week. Really liked that one too. Also have and still play sometimes storm 4. I even had 2 DS games and had Uzamaki Chronicles 2 and beat it. It was a great story.

Generations had the 2nd worst story mode of all the storm games the reason I recommend revolution is because the game is more updated and fun than the other storm games generations and under are too old nobody online and isn't worth what you buy it for and you have the chance to fight so many youtubers if you play the newer games storm 3 still has people playing online but it is much more broken than revolution

This is false. Naruto Revolution isn't last storm game. There is Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 coming in 2015 for PS4, Xbox 1 and PC

The ultimate ninja games actually released roughly 2 years early than they were released here. The true release date for Ultimate Ninja was 03 and then 04 for UN2 and then 05 for UN3 and then UN4 and 5 were released in the same year

It really did.even though as a whole I prefer the storm games the ultimates in the original ultimate ninjas were fucking amazing.
shadowthepinhead lol yeah not take anything away from the storm games all their ultimate are pretty much the same for the original characters at least and in ultimate ninja 2 and 3.I think you can customize erybody jutsu I remember giving Naruto the water wall and lighting blade was so cool😂
