Overcoming Transverse Myelitis together as a team with health & wellness

  • We are competitive beings. We enjoy competing with each other with fitness and pretty much anything else 😂
    Husband has Transverse Myelitis and wife has been on along side of him WITHIN this journey of diagnosis & on going recovery. Together, we focus on our overall health and fitness in order to keep our household functioning. We focus on staying motivated and inspiring others to take their health & wellness seriously. We encourage others to love a healthy lifestyle.
    We have 4 children (3 that are 4 and under 🙀) and sometimes we have to squeeze in a workout with the kids jumping, crawling, dancing & playing along side of us. We also happened to have a houseguest (niece’s puppy) this weekend.
    Sometimes it takes a few simple exercise moments with high repetition to give you a good sweat session.
    Workout routine:
    ✅ 10 lunge & squat
    ✅ 10 burpees & box jump (you can use a bench/cooler)
    ✅ 10 sit ups
    ✅ 10 leg lifts
    ✅ 10 side lunge floor taps
    💪🏻 5 rounds total or for 45 mins
    We enjoy spending time together as a family and love to set a healthy example for our children.
