Well the course is obviously Ghost Valley 2, and the shortcut cuts the first bend. To do it, you have to use your character's right shoulder and barely touch the post. That way, the character "hops" in the air. That is how shortcut eight is done.
From the starting line, look at the last two poles. The last pole should be dipping down and nearly hidden from view. Hop at the second to last pole, then shroom immediately after. Wheelie as you land.
Is this compatible with lighter bikes?? I almost always use Toadette and drive the Jet Bubble. Would I be able to do all of these shortcuts or do you need to use a heavier bike?
You can't do the Gba bc3 without stopping, Dk summit is almost impossible without it, Mario Circuit, is impossible without stopping, as well as Wario's Gold mine, and Grumble Volcano.

They're called "ultra shortcuts" so they are shortcuts.

All of them but RR are possible with any.
Try all of the shortcuts with out stopping
