At Anime Revolution we celebrated Sailor Moon's 20th anniversary! First they sing three songs, then some hilarious footage is shown and then there is the actor Q&A with a bunch of the cast!
I really liked the original voice for Sailor Moon rather than the new one cuz I think her voice sounded weird. But I REALLY liked Darien's/Tuxedo Mask's voice, I still have a HUGE crush on him!
I adore Vince Corazza as Darien! Totally had a crush on that character+voice as a kid! Even though he was the last actor to voice the character, his voice is the one I associate with Tuxedo Mask/Darien.
I loved when they did their lines! That was awesome to watch!XD And, hearing Stephanie do Rini's "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!" made me laugh because I always remember this one part of an episode where Rini used the attack and, being relatively weak or something, it didn't have much power in it and the attack fell just short of actually hitting the enemy. So, she had to get closer. lmao! I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talking about, but that was Rini's funniest moment to me.
Seriously can't wait until Anime Expo '14. Karen Bernstein..(voice of Sailor Mercury for the first two seasons) is finally making her debut there. Favorite scout!
Just one last comment: it's too bad the VA for Venus/Mina wasn't in this video because she was always my second favorite after Lita/Jupiter, and I was always interested in their friendship.
Sorry, but as much as Linda tried... she will never compare to Terri. I mean my god the main reason I cannot watch Sailor S or Super S series in english is because of that horrible shrilled voice... I wish Terri could redub the whole series!!!

I really enjoyed the Japanese live action show, I thought it was amazing and they made me feel like I could connect to the characters well. The scene they showed was one of my favorites and I don't understand all of the laughter that was going on while it was being viewed. Japan did an amazing job as always

Linda has made a way of taking credit for Terri's work, essentially. She won't come out and say she was the only voice but she lets people believe it and never mentions that she was the third voice and the one that didn't even really air on most networks. Most people have never even heard her work as the character and yet she always takes all of the complements that are actually meant for Terri. I find it repulsive.

Just wanted to put a small correction here about the Sailor Moon Musical clip that they showed featuring the song "21st Century Koi no senshi ja irarenai". The Sailor Moon actress in that clip was Miyuki Kanbe and not Marina Kuroki. I think that Marina did perform the song also later on when she was the actress for Sailor Moon but that is not her in the clip shown here (just in case anyone decides to look up more info about the Sailor Moon Musicals and Miyuki Kanbe =)). i remember him being moonlight knight, its when he lost his memory and a part of himself kind slip cuz he still had to protect sailor moon and all that, this all happened when sailor moon was with her family at the wood at some hot spring resort,can't remember a lot of it but i think that is pretty basic, but then i kinda do remember that moonlight knight went back to Darien then he be came whole again but i don't really remember if he got his memorys back at that time.but i think he did.lol sry
For me....the best voice is the voice of Colin O'Meara.. who voiced Andrew( Motoki Furuhata) in the DiC dub.... nothing is more soothing and romantic than his golden voice....but most of all....I love the way he voiced tintin....he did such an excellent job that I found tintin so brave and handsome and kind.....I love Colin O'Meara with all my heart and I'm so sad that he doesn't show up on these panels...😭😭...I'd love to know what he looks like someday.... lovesick sigh 😔....

Whoa, I never saw this (sorry -.-) Well sure Funimation COULD dub it. But they were refused rights to do a new dub of the original series so we'll just have to see. Only Usagi and Mamoru's original voice actors announced that they'd be coming back, so I'm pretty sure it'll be a while until we even get a confirmation of an English Dub of the reboot.
I guess we can't have a Sailor Pluto anymore, considering that with modern science we have been able to find other dwarf planet's in the Kuiper Belt (Pluto is just a rock in this massive ring of rock's orbiting the sun). Two other dward planet's called Haumea and Makemake are identified in our solar system, with weird ass names. Why am I saying all this? I'm baked and watching a Sailor Moon convention .

What I find upsetting is that Linda doesn’t usually reference Terri. Linda talks about her decision to accept the love from the fans, which is great, but she overshot and ended up developing a style of speaking about the character that caused her to accept the fruit of Terri’s labor. She basically took the credit for Terri’s legacy. Linda makes statements that conveniently allow you to think that she was always “the voice of Sailor Moon” unless you know better. She never brings up the fact that she was the third voice herself. She always tells “funny” stories about how it was to be “THE VOICE” of Serena and Sailor Moon without any recognition to Terri or even Tracy. I think that’s what bothers me most about Linda. Ironically, the legendary Terri, who is INDISPUTABLY the most signature and iconic TRUE voice of Sailor Moon, is the total opposite. Terri constantly gives shoutouts to Linda and Tracy despite being the most authentic voice the character ever had. Terri is world class. I just wish Linda was more humble. Having said that, I do agree with Susan that it takes a lot of guts to try and fill someone’s shoes and since they were Terri’s, she was pretty much doomed before she even started. I want to give Linda credit for taking on the challenge, but I’m just so put off by what she did once she got there. She massively overshot and it’s hard to root for her because of it. Terri Hawkes, on the other hand, has basically proven herself a hero time and time again. Humility is everything.

Yeah, Sailor Ceres, Sailor Pallas, Sailor Vesta and Sailor Juno don't need planet status to be senshi. Neither does Pluto.

What I find upsetting is that Linda doesn’t usually reference Terri. Linda talks about her decision to accept the love from the fans, which is great, but she overshot and ended up developing a style of speaking about the character that caused her to accept the fruit of Terri’s labor. She basically took the credit for Terri’s legacy. Linda makes statements that conveniently allow you to think that she was always “the voice of Sailor Moon” unless you know better. She never brings up the fact that she was the third voice herself. She always tells “funny” stories about how it was to be “THE VOICE” of Serena and Sailor Moon without any recognition to Terri or even Tracy. I think that’s what bothers me most about Linda. Ironically, the legendary Terri, who is INDISPUTABLY the most signature and iconic TRUE voice of Sailor Moon, is the total opposite. Terri constantly gives shoutouts to Linda and Tracy despite being the most authentic voice the character ever had. Terri is world class. I just wish Linda was more humble. Having said that, I do agree with Susan that it takes a lot of guts to try and fill someone’s shoes and since they were Terri’s, she was pretty much doomed before she even started. I want to give Linda credit for taking on the challenge, but I’m just so put off by what she did once she got there. She massively overshot and it’s hard to root for her because of it. Terri Hawkes, on the other hand, has basically proven herself a hero time and time again. Humility is everything.
