Tricolored Heron Hunting at Montezuma NWR

Video of a Tricolored Heron successfully hunting in the Seneca Flats along the Wildlife Drive at Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge just after sunrise on July 16th, 2024. The heron, rare for Seneca County and upstate New York, was first found the evening before.
